Having recently returned, I wanted to thank all the hotel staff, Franca and the owner, who were always very helpful. We had a wonderful time. We were guests in the restaurant, whose cuisine, in my opinion, was very good, rich, and fast. As for accommodation, the room was very relaxing, comfortable, newly furnished, very functional, and equipped with every comfort, and always impeccably clean. The entire hotel was very carefully furnished. It's those details that show love for their work and for their guests. We only stayed a few days, but they remained in our hearts. The village is small, but full of surprises, both in the very long cycle paths and in the visits to the surrounding area. In short, we were completely satisfied! Basic hotel with clean rooms, isolated location but close to the Bernina Express train station. Simple cuisine with small portions for main courses. I'm traveling with a group on vacation. I recommend it for a short stay.

I stayed at Hotel Franca recently and I can only express my satisfaction! The environment is welcoming, very clean and cared for in every detail. I was with a group of 37 kids and 5 chaperones at the Franca hotel just last week and I am very surprised by the reviews I read. At the hotel I found attention, kindness, excellent food and great availability for every need of the group. Cleanliness and order, not to mention the pool area that was popular every day with the kids. Of course I asked the kids to be polite and respectful, which is what I received from the staff.

I return to this hotel every year because it is definitely right for me and my teachers because it is excellent for a group of kids who want to live experiences in a peaceful and welcoming environment, where the pool makes the difference in managing their desire to move and have fun. The helpfulness of the staff, the kindness of Mrs. Paola and the healthy, abundant and typical cuisine made our recent vacation truly special. Congratulations to everyone

We had dinner on Saturday evening with a group of parents on the occasion of the soccer tournament in Grosio “Memorial Mosconi”. Excellent dinner, clean and tidy environment. The owner, dear Mrs. Paola is the engine of this place and with her passion and kindness she transmits serenity and the typical dishes of Valtellina were excellent.
