19/02/2026: We chose this place for a special lunch with my mom at this restaurant and pizzeria... and what can I say... a truly wonderful experience!
I chose a tagliata: delicious meat, tender, flavorful, cooked to perfection. A generous, generous portion, accompanied by an equally generous and thoughtful side dish. A dish that not only fills you up, but truly satisfies. You could taste the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in the kitchen.
My mom, on the other hand, had the taiadin... simply spectacular! Beautifully made, flavorful, authentic. Those dishes that make you say, "The food here is truly delicious."
But I want to say a few more words about the service, because the difference was made by the blonde woman who looked after us. Such courtesy is truly rare in restaurants these days. Always smiling, attentive, professional, present without being intrusive. She explained the typical dishes to us with passion and precision, even telling us about the pesteda... and finally, thanks to her wonderful explanation, I really understood what it was all about! It's wonderful when the person serving you doesn't just bring the dishes, but takes you on a little journey through flavors and traditions. Many compliments indeed.
The owner was friendly and welcoming, just like the owner who was in the dining room serving with the waitress: seeing the owners present, active, and smiling always makes a difference and conveys a love for their work.
I can't give it six stars because they don't exist... but for the magical welcome alone, I'd give it all.
