24/05/2025: I went to this restaurant specializing in meat and fish with high expectations, and I must say that in terms of food I was not disappointed. The dishes were presented quite well, the quality of the meat was good and the cooking respected what was requested. The appetizer was decent, the side dishes average, but the main course — was really good. That said, I feel like saying that the overall price of the experience is a bit high compared to what was offered, both in terms of quantity and service. You don't leave unsatisfied, but you don't feel like you've spent the right amount either.
The real sore point, however, is the attitude of the owners. In all honesty, I found them rude in their manners and, what is even more unpleasant, very rigid and unpleasant with the waiting staff, and it was not difficult to notice this even as a customer. This type of management takes a lot away from the experience, because you can feel tension in the environment and the climate is not as welcoming as it should be.
But there is one really positive note that made the difference: the waiter (I think his name was Riccardo) was simply impeccable. Kind, helpful, smiling, attentive to detail, professional but at the same time human and friendly. In such a tense context, his presence completely saved the evening.
Honestly, without him the experience would have deserved 2 or 3 stars at most, if not less. If I were to return, it would be only for him.
In short: good food, slightly high bill, atmosphere that could be improved a lot. Riccardo really deserves applause: 4 stars just thanks to him.
14/05/2025: Cena di coppia in questo rinomato ristorante di Pordenone. Ambiente raffinato stile anni '90 che andrebbe un po' svecchiato nell'allestimento.
Cibo ottimo con prezzi altini. Servizio cortese e veloce.
Parcheggio privato attiguo.
