Ristorante Fossa Mala In Fiume veneto

Abbiamo usufruito del ristorante attraverso un cofanetto. Altissimo livello di cucina, sia per la bontà di ciò che abbiamo potuto assaggiare sia per la presentazione dei piatti. Servizio eccellente sia come gentilezza sia per la velocità. I tagliolini al San Daniele serviti nel cestino di parmigiano sono una delle cose più deliziose che abbia mai mangiato. Buonissimo anche l'arrosto d'oca e i dolci, soprattutto il tiramisù al pistacchio.

Era tanto che volevo andare a mangiare in questo posto. Devo dire che sono restato molto soddisfatto. La location è molto bella, soprattutto gli esterni, dove si mangia sotto un portico davanti ad un graziosissimo giardino. Servizio veloce ed efficiente. La cosa, tuttavia, che più mi è piaciuta è il cibo. Tutti ingredienti di alta qualità presentati in modo curato e originale. Io e mia moglie abbiamo mangiato uno dei risotti più buoni che mai abbiamo provato: cremoso e saporitissimo, con dei funghi eccezionali. Molto bene anche per quanto riguarda il rapporto qualità prezzo.

It is impossible to describe the sensations of a "5 STAR" tasting! But the "revisited" tuna, raw and semi-raw, in the appetizer and in the dish I chose, are incredible! Also considering my innate distrust of raw fish! Gentlemen, I changed my mind!! A polite and "cuddly" welcome, attentive staff, quick to understand requests and a "presentation" of the dishes at very high levels! The context is very refined and the greenery of the maxi garden is cared for, like the food, in the smallest details. I will not go into economic details: the class, elegance and professionalism cannot be evaluated in money! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Good food, friendly and professional service and an impressive location. Eating outside under the porch is truly a beautiful experience. I recommend it.

Excellent restaurant for a romantic dinner for two but also in company. Various selection of wines to choose from, paired with the courses which were truly enjoyable. Friendly and attentive dining room staff.
