A restaurant like a restaurant. The dishes were served relatively quickly. The pizza wasn't great, the salads were poor. The paste is fine, tasty.

The restaurant is located in an enviable position, in Piazza del Campo in Siena, where it is unmissable to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The quality of the food is good, as is the table service and the price.

We stopped here for a coffee, it was empty compared to the other cafes/restaurants in the area. They let us sit at the front even if we weren't planning to dine there. Everything was good, can't fault them.

Arrived in Siena - Sept 2021 around 11am, rainy and lovely. I am able to find a table under the pavilion in this charming place. Need to wear mask to get inside. Do not ask for extra hot water for your tea, even if you had ordered a few things beforehand, they don’t like that. They have tablecloths, so 2-star plus one more ⭐️. Still quite lovely. Perfect point to watch the crowd and write a few lines in the journal for next movie lost in Siena, Il Campo.

05/06/2024: A nice restaurant outside the center of Siena. We visited it in the spring when it was not crowded in Siena, so there was no stress in the restaurant. Good food at reasonable prices: Sandwich Crudo Pecorino (very good!) was € 7,50 and 0,5 liter water was € 2,50.
14/02/2024: Sosta durante visita in Siena. Personale cortese Mangiato tagliere salumi, panino salame toscano e pecorino, panforte , bibita, acqua e caffè.. per 37€ circa.. nella norma.. Buona esposizione dolci

12/07/2024: Very pleasant place to go to, open during the day and very accommodating to large groups of people, very nice owner.
29/04/2024: Ho dato un giudizio di 3 punti, ma avrei dato di più. Vorrei suggerire al titolare di considerare meglio i prezzi, talvolta per invogliare i clienti a tornare si deve trovare un equilibrio. Un vassoio da una porzione di salumi, uno da una porzione di formaggio e due bicchieri di vino della casa non possono costare più di 50 euro. Detto questo l’accoglienza è piacevole come il posto, ma probabilmente non ci torneremo.
