This was by far…our best meal in Italy…impeccable, flavorful and perfectly curated! The history lesson was a great accompaniment !! Grazie.

You must try the bringoli (pasta made with water and flour) cacio e pepe with crispy red onion and the grilled Florentine steak; if available, don't miss the prugnoli mushrooms. You must also try the dessert trolley.

Passeggiando per le vie del centro storico di Sansepolcro è giunta l'ora di pranzo, tra i numerosi ristoranti ci ha colpito il Ristorante Fiorentino. La sala da pranzo si trova al primo piano di un antico palazzo, è arredata molto bene. Il menù non è molto ampio ma presenta proposte decisamente interessanti, la carta dei vini è buona. Il personale è gentilissimo, la Chef Alessia superlativa: è simpaticissima e preparatissima. Quando Alessia parla traspare l'amore per il suo lavoro e la tanta esperienza che ha. Ci ha fatto molto piacere vedere la Chef entrare in sala e servire i clienti. I piatti da noi ordinati erano tutti buonissimi, alla prossima.

Enchanting place, like the precise and punctual service, we stopped for lunch and the dishes are excellent, like the dessert trolley which you can't miss out on.

Esperienza unica non solo culinaria: l’ambiente è accogliente e il servizio è ottimo. Eccezionale il formaggio col tartufo e i fiordalisi blu ripieni. Il gran finale è rappresentato dal carrello dei dolci (5€ a testa!) in cui si può gustare un’ottima panna cotta, zuppa inglese, tiramisù e tante altre torte. Indimenticabile!

04/05/2025: We stumbled across it by chance and had a great time, very good ravioli and delicious meat. They told me that the truffle in the tagliatelle is not too strong in flavor, excellent wine. Lower prices than I imagined for an area with many tourists, incredible quality/price ratio. advise!
