Ristorante Ferro In Palermo

Wow ! Just WOW! Our first night in Palermo after travelling throughout Sicily. We literally stumbled on this restaurant away from the tourist beat. The rating was high and that helped. Marcella , her sister and her niece looked after us with the warmth of dearest family ! We were greeted with an unexpected gift of a glass of the most beautiful spritz. Like nectar. The food was perfectly cooked ! To perfection. ! My wife and I shared a busiata pasta with botarga and clams. ( I took the photo after I deshelled the clams - My Bad ). Followed this up with a perfectly cooked beef steak ! Melted in the mouth and was accompanied by the sweetest cherry tomatoes. For dessert my wife chose the apple and pear crumble ! Outstanding meal ! Best service and best people.

A place that has it all. The food is delicious, everything you order is delicious. The service is very good, they are friendly, and they welcome you with a welcome cocktail. It's in a quiet place where you can enjoy your meal without rushing or shouting. I highly recommend it. If you come to Palermo, don't hesitate to come here.

A great experience in every way! A small restaurant located on a street adjacent to Via Maqueda, so it's quiet and less crowded than the many restaurants along the street. Top-notch service; we were greeted with a light spritz, courtesy of the house. The dishes are truly delicious: carefully selected, high-quality ingredients, perfectly cooked, and delicately seasoned. Nothing too elaborate, just simple, well-prepared dishes. The prices are very reasonable. A calm and romantic atmosphere, perfect for a romantic dinner. I recommend it 100%!

Delicious food. You sit comfortably and the ladies are very nice! Many fish options and the house wine was also very tasty.

Cannot fault the food, service, ambiance at this perfect restaurant just off the main drag in Palermo. Highly recommend the crumbed octopus starter, like just order it. Best I’ve had in my life & I’m a coastal person. Walk the 100m off the path & eat here

A fantastic, not-so-secret tip in Palermo! A small, cozy restaurant that takes great care of its guests. It's best to make a reservation! Upscale cuisine at perfectly reasonable prices. You'll leave feeling completely satisfied. Highly recommended!

THAT WAS FANTASTIQUE! - Thank you ! From the first touch points and aperitif to the meals and the service; I was blown away. Such a nice, especially friendly & warm atmosphere with great food is what you are looking for. Yes, it might be a dime more than what you would spend elsewhere in Palermo BUT wow, it’s worth it. The food was stunning, please go with the seafood. The service was superb, family owned, and the whole personal - kitchen included, loved what they are doing. Would come again and again - 10/10.

Very good food, friendly hosts, prices ok, a bit out of the way (luckily!), that was information from our landlord, highly recommended!

A unos 100 m de la pista principal, pero mucho más tranquilo. Fuimos con un amigo un viernes por la noche: solo éramos nueve en el lugar. Una habitación larga y delgada con mucho espacio y espejos para que parezca más grande. Pescado - menú centrado y porciones de buen tamaño. Mi propio entrante de pasta / sardina / hinojo era legendario y mi carne rara principal con hongos también era perfecto. Todos disfrutamos de nuestra comida - no hay espacio para pudín. Unos 40€ por cabeza incluyendo una copa de buen vino.

Ristorante situato in zona centrale ma appartato in una piazzetta molto carina. Vieni accolto dalla semplicità e dal buon gusto sia dell'arredamento che delle persone. Il servizio è stato professionale ed efficiente. Il menù completo per tutti i gusti. Antipasto di formaggi buono e a seguire filetto con funghi a dir poco strepitoso. Lo consiglierò sicuramente oltre a tornarci appena possibile.
