Worth wandering off the beaten path in Palermo for this gem of a ristorante. Try the house wine, one of their pastas or their grilled fish, you can't go wrong. The atmosphere is elegant and calm, and the servers are very welcoming and polite.

A unos 100 m de la pista principal, pero mucho más tranquilo. Fuimos con un amigo un viernes por la noche: solo éramos nueve en el lugar. Una habitación larga y delgada con mucho espacio y espejos para que parezca más grande. Pescado - menú centrado y porciones de buen tamaño. Mi propio entrante de pasta / sardina / hinojo era legendario y mi carne rara principal con hongos también era perfecto. Todos disfrutamos de nuestra comida - no hay espacio para pudín. Unos 40€ por cabeza incluyendo una copa de buen vino.

Ristorante situato in zona centrale ma appartato in una piazzetta molto carina. Vieni accolto dalla semplicità e dal buon gusto sia dell'arredamento che delle persone. Il servizio è stato professionale ed efficiente. Il menù completo per tutti i gusti. Antipasto di formaggi buono e a seguire filetto con funghi a dir poco strepitoso. Lo consiglierò sicuramente oltre a tornarci appena possibile.

Although other dishes in this restaurant are average, the restaurant's signature FILETTO DI MANZO ALLA GRIGLIA CON FUNGHI is indeed good. The steak has the correct doneness, the skin is fried until crispy, the meat retains juiciness, the mushrooms are fresh and juicy, and the seasoning still shows the game flavor of the original ingredients, so it goes well with it. Regarding this dish, we think the amount of cheese on the steak is a bit too much, which will obscure the flavor of the steak itself, which is a pity. In addition, it would be better if the surface of the steak was drier.
The dessert Gelato is also our favorite item. The chocolate is seasoned correctly and provides a mellow taste. There is a change in texture between the hot avocado puree and the ice cream, making this dessert interesting to taste.

A very heart-felt meal within the most local and authentic atmostphere for slow food. The menu ingredients vary according to the season. As we were sat down at the table they brought us a small glass of spritz and bread (as complimentary). We were 2 and shared the appertizer of mixed speck, cream cheese, lots of seasonal veggie, pear cuts and walnuts. Then each took a main dish, one ravioli with shrimp and one pasta with squid and tomato sauce, which means we left the restaurant with a full happy belly cuz the food was great. Definitely would come back again when I have the chance to. Please be mindful that like all other restaurants in Italy, there is a dine-in charge (coperto) per person. Thanks for the good food.

Amazing, innovative Sicilian dishes with seafood as the star. But we also got a beef filet that was amazing and required very little chewing! Come and check out this hidden gem now!

We had the best food in Palermo in Ferro. This is a small little restaurant with excellent food options. The taste is very unique that we never tasted before. If you’re sick of the boring tourist food, this is a great place.
