Sabino welcomed us to his restaurant and made us feel at home. He took care of our every need and prepared a gluten-free menu for a celiac guest. Since we were a motorcycle group, he offered us a customized menu with excellent value. Thank you and see you soon.

We happened upon this restaurant on a holiday and despite the late hour we were greeted warmly and everything was delicious, from appetizer to dessert. Definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful meal at Ristorante EVO, and the service was very friendly. We were immediately given the Wi-Fi password so we could use Google Translate for the Italian menu. Both the meat and fish dishes were delicious, and our daughter's pasta carbonara was also delightful. They recommended a matching wine, which was indeed excellent. The desserts were also truly delicious, and we were surprised with delicious liqueurs and a typical Gravina gift for our daughter. Despite it being very quiet (off-season), we had a fantastic evening at EVO, grazie mille!

Kind, friendly, and professional staff. I recommend the ricotta calzones, both sweet and savory, with hints of lemon. Exceptional!!! The spaghetti alla Giuann (maybe I spelled that wrong!) was very good 🤣. Excellent experience, very fair price.

09/04/2026: Excellent place! Menus in several languages, even French, which is great! Very warm welcome and service, a complimentary drink, and a wide selection of high-quality fish, pasta, and meat. The fish of the day is presented to you before cooking. Superb setting, quiet terrace. A wonderful experience! Thank you!
09/04/2026: A good aperitif and appetizer to start the day. Both the appetizers and the main course were excellent. Wine by the glass was also good – local Chardonay and Primitivo. The meat and seafood were fresh and well-prepared. And most importantly, it's one of the few restaurants where you can still order something at 3:30 PM: we went through two of the selected ones that were already on their break until 7 PM.... I'll definitely be back because it's worth it.

16/01/2026: **Exceptional seafood experience in Bari!** We had an outstanding lunch at Biancofiore today. The raw seafood starter was absolutely divine incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. You can taste the quality in every bite. Our waitress was wonderful attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us select the perfect wine pairing for our meal. Her recommendations were spot-on and really elevated the entire dining experience. If you're in Bari and looking for exceptional seafood in a welcoming atmosphere with outstanding service, Biancofiore is a must-visit.
