The starters were excellent, the first courses were some good, others a little less so, but the owner and the waiter paid great attention. We will definitely be back, we will see if the chef will be able to surprise us.

I had dinner here with my family. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and very attentive to us so that we didn't miss anything. The cooking time was fast, we didn't wait long for the food, the drinks were very well chosen by the chef Sabino himself.

The food was excellent! We had the seafood platter for starters, followed by spaghetti. Everything was very fresh! The hostess was very attentive and friendly. We went twice in a row because it was so good.

Always a risk, we went back to Evo for a second meal after a previous very good one. We needn't have worried. My wife and I had beefsteak/Pasta with Scampi. Delicious! Service from Carmen was great and friendly. We both had the Tiramasu for dessert - this seems to be a home made house speciality and is fantastic. It was a little quiet when we dined but we enjoyed our second meal there just as much as the first. Well done Evo!

I was here with friends last Saturday. The restaurant was closed but the owners, who were extremely kind, opened for us. We had a great time: fantastic and plentiful food and impeccable service. A special mention also to Mr. Michele, the hairdresser who has a salon next to the church of San Nicola, who suggested it to us and accompanied us. Thank you!!!!

Certamente abbiamo mangiato un ottimo arrosto misto accompagnato da un ottimo vino locale e un dolce fatto direttamente dalla casa Prodotti naturali e niente surgelati

Ho mangiato una entrecote di scottona di altissima qualità. Media cottura, la più morbida che abbia mai mangiato a Gravina. materie prime di qualità e lo chef sabino mi ha fatto assaggiare un piatto tipico con finocchietto selvatico. Ottimo Per finire un semifreddo fantastico. Per golosità Ne ho chiesto una porzione da portare a casa per farmi la colazione il giorno dopo. In Sala è stato consigliato un vino da Carmen. Vino molto profumato origine di Venosa. Oltretutto la ragazza di sala, è stata Molto simpatica e alla mano.
