Last night, September 11, I happened upon this elegant restaurant in Cassino with my cousin, no doubt drawn by the excellent reviews we'd found online. The restaurant is very elegant. The interior decor and the atmosphere created by the lighting in the dining room are what you'd expect from a Michelin Guide. For my first course, I had excellent tagliatelle with guinea fowl, a delicious and rich dish. The second course was no different, an excellent seasoned suckling pig: beautiful to look at and even more so to eat. I also had the chance to try the other person's second course: seared tuna... as they say, "it melts in your mouth." In my opinion, it was the best dish I've ever tried. The dessert was also delicious, a cappuccino-flavored cake with a dusting of cocoa. The price was more than fair. I'll definitely be back.

A typically American name, in fact, the owner is an Italian-American originally from Cassino, Mrs. Palermitan. The people are as exquisite as their cuisine. Totally satisfied! My wife, son, daughter, and I will definitely be back! Congratulations.

The staff were really friendly, and the dishes were absolutely original and delicious! The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. I highly recommend them.

Tornando da una mini vacanza in zona, ci fermiamo a pranzo a Cassino in questo bellissimo locale, visita fatta anche un mese prima. Oggi, con più calma, ordiniamo un po' di tutto: la scottata di tonno, i tortelli di burrata, i tagliolini con frutti di mare, la composizione di pescato alla griglia, il filetto di maialino e dolci, incluso un ottimo prosecco. Ineccepibile il servizio, cucina preparatissima, costi giusti per la qualità trovata nei piatti. Se proprio voglio trovare un neo, ma spero che cercheranno una modalità di eliminarlo, è il modo strano di concludere il pasto: non ti portano MAI il conto al tavolo, ti piazzi in fila alla cassa, in uno spazio angusto, come al fruttarolo e quando arriva il tuo turno, il titolare ti dice a voce il dovuto, ricevendo uno scontrino non a voci ma con solo il totale. Per carità, costi sempre giusti, ma quanto poco servirebbe per arrivare alla perfezione!! Grande peccato per il lavoro eccezionale fatto in cucina!

Evans è una vera gemma. L’atmosfera è elegante ma rilassata, perfetta per una cena intima o una serata tra amici. Il personale è cordiale e attento, sempre pronto a consigliare con competenza. I piatti sono curati nei minimi dettagli, con ingredienti freschi e accostamenti originali che sorprendono senza mai esagerare. Il polpo arrosto su crema di ceci era tenerissimo, le tagliatelle al tartufo profumate e avvolgenti, e la cheesecake ai frutti rossi un finale perfetto. Ottima anche la selezione di vini. Un’esperienza da ripetere. Consigliatissimo!
