I've had my tent there for years. The area is very quiet, and the restaurant is the best in Versilia. The sea in that area is practically always spectacular, and the service is always warm and friendly.

The beach is so clean and beautiful, simply amazing. The food is great value for money and incredibly delicious. But there are two things I have to criticize: tourists aren't particularly welcome here. At first, they didn't even want to give us an umbrella, let alone a tent. Apparently, they were all sold out, even though most of them were empty that day. The service is relatively friendly, though, and they tried very hard to speak English. We were a bit more welcome at the Alhambra; they were also happy that we were there; it had a more intimate feel, which I missed here. Otherwise, everything was great.

This is a beach please! Clean beach, nice restaurant. Good value for money. It is no coincidence that the city of Viareggio was the first to operate a beach restaurant.

One of the best beaches in town, lots of sand, great ristorante, easy to make a day of it. Not to mention great views of the mountains from here. Staff are multilingual and very accomadating.

A nice discovery outside the port 😀 with an excellent selection of artfully cooked seafood dishes. Timeless classics cooked to perfection and tasty combinations (cod and leeks absolutely recommended). Compliments also for the desserts and the coffee and that's no small thing, on the contrary. Pleasant and welcoming environment, professional and courteous staff complete a pleasant experience away from the traditional promenade, a few steps beyond the port. The beach is also admirable in maintenance and the season has just started. Well done!

29/09/2025: Having been a loyal customer for years, I often go to this delightful restaurant, even several times a week in the summer. For this reason, today I was a little disappointed with our spaghetti with clams. It lacked flavor and was too creamy. I hope there's a reason for this. We've always eaten excellently, and the service is very good, friendly, and helpful. I just wanted to say be careful...you can't let your guard down. In any case, I'll be back soon! I won't give up my favorite restaurant. Good luck!

15/09/2025: I have more than one doubt about the aperitif. I ordered a vodka martini, but they don't have olives. They also delivered a vodka martini rosso, which is nothing compared to the others. The vermouth should be dry (white) and not martini rosso. This is a serious mistake if you do aperitifs. The Posto al tramonto is fabulous, the restaurant is ok, and it was a fair price for being on a beach in Versilia. Unfortunately, the cocktails have fallen quite behind the times. If I may suggest, try to modernize.
