The spacious reception area and the staircase leading to the upper floors are beautiful and welcoming. The common areas are well-heated, but the rooms are not. The rooms need updating; the heating is completely inadequate; even the bathroom radiator works when it needs to, and the soap dispenser in the shower doesn't dispense soap. The electrical outlets in the rooms are completely inadequate; there are only two of them, and they're in completely illogical locations: one at the entrance to the room, low down (perhaps good for a vacuum cleaner), and the other above the headboard of the double bed, halfway between the two beds. Cleanliness could also be improved. The restaurant offers good value, although the service formula is unclear, and from one day to the next, the fixed-price menu was no longer available. Who knows?!?

A very nice, clean, and well-organized hotel with all the necessary amenities. The area is quiet, and the hotel serves excellent pizza. The best thing, however, is the staff: extremely kind, welcoming, and always smiling. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!
