Finalmente una trattoria degna di questo nome, ma con in più un servizio molto attento. Ho visto girare piatti molto interessanti. Io mi sono limitato (si fa per dire) ha una buonissima insalata di carciofi e grana e a un piatto di carciofi fritti. Molto buona la prima, belli croccanti i secondi. Mi è piaciuta molto l'idea di un caffè con biscottini e cioccolatino Purtroppo i biscotti erano insapore e il cioccolatino molto scarso.. . Pur avendo apprezzato molto la presenza di questa piccola coccola in menù, avrei preferito una maggiore qualità... In diversi locali vengono portati insieme al caffè visto che le avete messe in menù e li fate pagare, almeno curatene di più la qualità.

Excellent discovery on the outskirts of Florence. Everything in a real wood oven, meat, fish and vegetables. Too bad about the noise, if crowded it's difficult to converse.

Quando sono nei pressi di Firenze, il Ristorante Tre Caci è una tappa fissa. Di solito scelgo la carne, che è sempre eccellente, ma oggi ho voluto provare il pesce… e posso dire che è perfetto allo stesso modo! Qualità del cibo sempre altissima, servita con gentilezza e cordialità che ti fanno sentire a casa. Insomma, il Tre Caci si conferma sempre al top, sia per la carne che per il pesce. Consigliatissimo!

19/01/2025: From Sansepolcro to Certaldo❤️ A rare pearl in the heart of Florentine Chianti If you are looking for a place where traditional cuisine meets perfection, you can't miss this tavern. My experience here was nothing short of sublime. Each dish is a small masterpiece, with attention to the smallest details, from the balance of flavors to the quality of the ingredients, strictly fresh and seasonal. I had the pleasure of tasting various dishes with truffles accompanied by a memorable super Tuscan, making each bite a symphony for the palate. The staff was impeccable: welcoming, knowledgeable and always attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere is that of an authentic tavern, with a touch of elegance that makes everything even more special.
12/01/2025: First dinner of the year 🤩 Restaurant nestled in the Chianti hills. The welcome was much appreciated with tastings of homemade bread and oil and pre-dessert with dark chocolate and bitters. Starter with platter of excellent products followed by top quality Fiorentina. Excellent raw material! Congratulations also to the staff, especially the girl who accompanied us during dinner, super prepared, fast and kind. Top quality/price. Don't miss it if you are in the area!

03/01/2025: We spent 2 nights in this quiet and rustic relais including the New Year's Eve dinner with dishes cooked with high quality raw materials and served by an always kind and smiling staff. A special greeting to Ilaria who manages the excellent and complete breakfast. Spacious, clean and well heated room. We will return in the summer to use the swimming pool perhaps by motorbike.......
21/12/2024: If you want to try a Tuscan experience in the heart of Chianti, this is the right place. We arrived for work in this beautiful structure created from an old Tuscan farm and the great surprise immediately spread among us. A marvel managed with simplicity and professionalism. The rooms are beautiful, both the deluxe and superior ones and we regret not having been able to dine in the adjacent osperia which is closed on Wednesdays. It's a 3 star so you won't find the "niceties" of a 4 star but there are also details that a 4 star doesn't have. Everything is wonderful but if I wanted to find a sore point it is definitely the breakfast which is essential but even there the fabulous Ilaria transforms it into a moment of great discussion and dispenses unsurpassed tourist advice. What can I say? If I return to the area I will definitely return
