What can I say, an exceptional culinary experience!

Arriving almost by chance, we were pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the environment, clean, private, harmonious and by the excellent cuisine. The boy who served us was very professional but equally affable and kind, we immediately felt at ease. We had fried artichokes and seafood rice, both very good, the Primitivo was also excellent. We will definitely be back, thanks again.

Premise: historic venue, and there must be a reason for such longevity... we hadn't been there for a long time and honestly I didn't find it up to the level of my memories. The food is generally good, but nothing exceptional, with some (serious) shortcomings. For example, a very simple "garlic, oil and chilli pepper" that "swam" in a lake of oil, the pici bland, bitter and also immersed in oil, or the bruschetta with caviar and mayonnaise (!) which is unthinkable at this level. In my (modest) opinion, such a vast range of proposals cannot be managed in the best possible way. Family dinner, therefore large table to be coordinated on a Saturday evening, but in my opinion the experience here should not be lacking... Unfortunately the place is noisy and there were some rather rude foreign patrons present who disturbed them with shouting and shouting (...) Let's say that we could try to raise the professionalism of those who manage the room a little, avoiding too much familiarity with the patrons which on the one hand can be unwelcome if there is no basic assiduous attendance and on the other (perhaps) it encourages someone's rudeness.

Highly recommended place, exquisite grilled meat, Florentine four-finger chop, equally delicious antipasta and lots of variety. The desserts are also wonderful, I prefer the almond cake to dip in sweet Tuscan wine. Very friendly and charming staff. I was invited by a friend from Calenzano, thank you all.

Exceptional restaurant, fabulous typical cuisine and exceptional steak

Finalmente una trattoria degna di questo nome, ma con in più un servizio molto attento. Ho visto girare piatti molto interessanti. Io mi sono limitato (si fa per dire) ha una buonissima insalata di carciofi e grana e a un piatto di carciofi fritti. Molto buona la prima, belli croccanti i secondi. Mi è piaciuta molto l'idea di un caffè con biscottini e cioccolatino Purtroppo i biscotti erano insapore e il cioccolatino molto scarso.. . Pur avendo apprezzato molto la presenza di questa piccola coccola in menù, avrei preferito una maggiore qualità... In diversi locali vengono portati insieme al caffè visto che le avete messe in menù e li fate pagare, almeno curatene di più la qualità.

Quando sono nei pressi di Firenze, il Ristorante Tre Caci è una tappa fissa. Di solito scelgo la carne, che è sempre eccellente, ma oggi ho voluto provare il pesce… e posso dire che è perfetto allo stesso modo! Qualità del cibo sempre altissima, servita con gentilezza e cordialità che ti fanno sentire a casa. Insomma, il Tre Caci si conferma sempre al top, sia per la carne che per il pesce. Consigliatissimo!
