Let me start by saying that I'm a foodie, passionate about cooking and a gourmand, so I have both food and cooking expertise and professional restaurant experience. I must say that this restaurant pleasantly surprised me. The atmosphere is elegant yet refined, the food is traditional and local yet gourmet, the ingredients are high-quality, and the service is excellent, friendly, warm, and professional (special mention goes to our top chef, Gianni). It's definitely worth a visit for those who haven't tried it. I'll be back soon.

We called on a Saturday just an hour early and they seated us. As soon as you walk in, the Florentine steaks are in plain sight, with their cooking counter behind them. We ate typical Tuscan fare, with the Florentine steak, of course, cooked to perfection and very satisfying. Worth keeping in mind for a future trip.
Adequate service, as was the bill.

We booked a dinner on Friday, around 8:30 PM. Upon arriving, we were pleased to note that the entrance was well separated from the main room by a small corridor, which personally gave us a greater sense of privacy from the street. The room was very welcoming, and the tables were well-spaced: the room was almost full, but we could converse easily without fear of being overheard by the next table.
Marco, a very friendly and helpful waiter who accompanied us throughout the evening, offered us a taste of bubbles before ordering, as well as samples of bread and really delicious schiacciatine.
From the moment we ordered, we didn't have to wait long to enjoy a nice cheese platter followed by a fillet steak (perfectly cooked). The change of cutlery for a knife suitable for our second course was much appreciated.
We will definitely be back to try the first courses, which smelled delicious as people passed by us on their way to the other tables😂.
In summary, a very pleasant evening in a well-kept venue, with exquisite food and excellent value.
Thanks to the staff and Marco, who made us smile here and there throughout the dinner.

One thing for sure: we returned for a dinner for two. Seafood appetizer and steak. One flaw: There are no prices for the fillet and rib-eye cuts: it should be explicitly stated on the menu.
UPDATE: They continue to list a single price for the rib-eye and fillet cuts: €50 per kg, and you have to rely on the weight. I'd try to be more transparent.

Piacevole sorpresa a due passi dalla A1, uscita Sesto Fiorentino.
La qualità delle materie prime era ottima: abbiamo preso un primo di rigatoni cacio e pepe con baccalà molto buono.
Inoltre abbiamo mangiato una frittura di pesce ottima, pesce fresco (gamberoni freschissimi) , non unta, sfiziosa.
Anche i piatti di carne, cotta al momento sulla brace , erano molto invitanti - Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo - Consigliatissimo!
