Dinner was a wonderful experience. Intimate venue, attentive and efficient service, excellent dishes and wines. We ordered the tartare and the sirloin, excellent meat and very successful preparation. We are left looking forward to the next visit... Well done Hourglass and well done Emiliano.

locale accogliente, in una strada non trafficata. staff molto gentile e cibo gourmet . associazioni tra ingredienti molto fantasiose e raccontate nei particolari, a volte non sempre riuscite. ingredienti sempre molto buoni e di qualità. da visitare.

10/07/2025: We discovered it by chance years ago because it was located across the street from the hotel where we were staying. It started out as a simple pub, but it has continued to evolve. We first appreciated the excellent burgers and then the ever-evolving cuisine... in just a few years, it has become both a surprise and a must-try. Highly recommended, also for its charming location.
05/07/2025: Beautiful setting. Local food presented in a modern way. Friendly and helpful staff.

31/05/2025: It is said to have been restored in 1926 with a dodecagonal tower. It is a typical Romanesque cathedral with a basilica structure, but it was restored in modern times, and it feels like it has a bit of a Gothic feel and later architectural styles added to it, so it feels familiar yet new when you look at it.
15/04/2025: St. Andreas has the most beautiful church tower I have seen in a long time. Great Romanesque work.
