Incredibly nice family owned restaurant
Great sommelier who takes his time with several suggestions.
The veal tartar is exceptionally good also the ravioli and the panna cotta (own style) were great :)
The vitello and plin ravioli were not as good as all the other places we have been now unfortunately. Hence only 4/5 for the food.
Also, we were 4, if two take the same menu i think it should be fine to have 2 with menu, two with a la carte, but I also understand their point, but would have hoped for more flexibility.

Anita welcomes us, the location is simply beautiful, well-kept and clean. The Mise is complete. Food, spectacular tasting from the amuse bouche to the dessert passing from the appetizer, to the first course, to the second course to finish with the pre dessert all prepared by chef Diego. The wine list is provided but we turn to Dario.
Everything is harmony.

A wonderful restaurant that doubles as a wineshop. You eat in the wine cellar. The setting is refined, elegant, quiet, but relaxed and without being stuffy. The owners/staff are licensed sommeliers so by all means do ask them for advice! They suggested fantastic wines ate very reasonable prices. The food is wonderful and local, and the service is discreet and efficient. A very special place, not to be missed, for lunch or dinner.

Business lunch, a tasting of simple but well-prepared dishes with flavors in the condiments that enhanced the quality of the raw meat and octopus. The first ones are excellent. Accompanied in your choice by the courtesy and professionalism of the staff.

Bellissima scoperta per questo ristorante ormai storico davanti alle cantine di Canelli offre una cucina elaborata ma molto delicata divertente nei piatti proposti con un menu smart a pranzo e un menu large a cena che dire è una crema di piselli buonissima e dei ravioli con pomodoro e ricotta top
Sui dolci siamo andati su un must e un sorbetto al peperone che aveva veramente un incredibile equilibrio

Este restaurante nos lo recomendó el Relais San Maurizio l, nuestro hotel. Llegamos a la ciudad de un viernes por la noche un poco preocupado ya que parecía tan tranquilo. La entrada era oscura también. Sin embargo, fue increíble! Una experiencia gastronómica. Los comensales eran de todas partes de Europa. La comida y el vino eran de primera categoría. Una de esas salidas “debes hacer” en restaurantes si estás en la región. Terminamos gratamente sorprendidos.
