Amazing food, wonderful restaurant!

A wonderful restaurant that doubles as a wineshop. You eat in the wine cellar. The setting is refined, elegant, quiet, but relaxed and without being stuffy. The owners/staff are licensed sommeliers so by all means do ask them for advice! They suggested fantastic wines ate very reasonable prices. The food is wonderful and local, and the service is discreet and efficient. A very special place, not to be missed, for lunch or dinner.

Business lunch, a tasting of simple but well-prepared dishes with flavors in the condiments that enhanced the quality of the raw meat and octopus. The first ones are excellent. Accompanied in your choice by the courtesy and professionalism of the staff.

Optimal. Located near the railway station, no longer in use, it has a decent car park in front and a few more spaces next to the station itself. Location 4/5; from the outside it is anonymous, the inside is very characteristic; large space between tables, however it is open space. Menu 3; rather limited in variety already, but I removed another star because the tasting option is only possible for the whole table; and unfortunately the tasting dishes are not present à la carte, limiting the possibility of choice even further. Service 5; nothing to say, service always present. Price 4/5; the prices are a little high compared to elsewhere, but if you consider that it is Michelin marked, then they are more than correct. Quality 4/5; very very very good, as are the wines. Accessibility: the room is in the basement, reachable by adequately wide stairs. I recommend it, with the only warning regarding the choice of menu.

Bellissima scoperta per questo ristorante ormai storico davanti alle cantine di Canelli offre una cucina elaborata ma molto delicata divertente nei piatti proposti con un menu smart a pranzo e un menu large a cena che dire è una crema di piselli buonissima e dei ravioli con pomodoro e ricotta top Sui dolci siamo andati su un must e un sorbetto al peperone che aveva veramente un incredibile equilibrio carta di VINI ampia e bella personale molto presente che sa consigliare rapporto tra prezzo correttissimo consigliato

Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti da un personale di rara professionalità e cordialità: molti di loro sono sommelier, un dettaglio che si riflette nell’attenzione dedicata alla scelta dei vini e nella capacità di consigliare abbinamenti impeccabili. Il menù è un perfetto equilibrio tra tradizione e innovazione, con piatti tipici locali sapientemente rivisitati. Si può scegliere tra un ricco menù alla carta o lasciarsi sorprendere da un menù degustazione che rappresenta un viaggio culinario tra i sapori del Piemonte. La possibilità di lamellare al tavolo il tartufo fresco è un’esperienza che aggiunge un tocco di esclusività e lusso al pasto. La carta dei vini è semplicemente straordinaria: una selezione eccellente che spazia dai grandi classici piemontesi a etichette prestigiose, anche internazionali. La chicca? La possibilità di degustare vini di altissimo livello al calice grazie al sistema Coravin, che preserva la qualità del vino anche dopo l’apertura. Inoltre, l’offerta di grappe e amari è altrettanto ampia e ben curata, perfetta per concludere in bellezza il pasto. Un’attenzione speciale viene riservata agli ospiti con piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza: deliziosi assaggi iniziali offerti dalla casa e una raffinata selezione di piccola pasticceria che chiude il pasto con dolcezza. In sintesi, questo ristorante non è solo un luogo dove si mangia bene, ma un’esperienza a tutto tondo, dove ogni dettaglio – dal servizio al cibo, fino all’atmosfera – è pensato per coccolare gli ospiti.
