Wonderful evening and very high quality food

Excellent seafood restaurant. We had the four course tasting menu. It was beautifully presented and tasty. Breads were also truly excellent. Wine pairings were good with some really interesting local whites. Service was also excellent and friendly

Fantastic evening! Impeccable service while remaining friendly, truly a pleasure to dine at the Enoteca di Buttrio! The gazpacho is an excellence that cannot be omitted, the mantis shrimp and raw sea bream are spectacular, the squid and amberjack are phenomenal. The refinements such as the different types of homemade bread with anchovy butter, the welcome from the kitchen, the pre-dessert are a Michelin star touch. Fantastic in the kitchen, fantastic in the dining room, fantastic the whole evening! Thanks so much to the whole team!

Nel complesso l’esperienza in questo ristorante è stata molto positiva. Ambiente informale ma elegante, personale cordiale e disponibile. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, lo abbiamo trovato molto buono e, con qualche accorgimento in più, l’esperienza sarebbe stata eccezionale. Partiamo dagli antipasti: le capesante erano molto buone e delicate, mentre nella ricciola marinata era preponderante la nota acida del piatto, la quale avrebbe potuto essere facilmente bilanciata da una crema di accompagnamento. A seguire abbiamo preso i gnocchi di ricotta con vongole e cime di rapa: anche questo piatto lo abbiamo trovato di grande potenziale ma li avremmo gustati molto di più se nel piatto fossero state presenti più cime di rapa (c’erano due foglioline) e vongole. Infine, abbiamo concluso la cena con i calamari alla griglia: piatto sublime e ottimamente bilanciato, complimenti allo chef! Un particolare apprezzamento va anche al sommelier di sala: cortese e preparato ci ha proposto un abbinamento vini ottimo.
