We have been to this splendid place several times, a stone's throw from the center of Salerno, welcomed by Chef Patron Nando Melileo accompanied by his wife Aurelia. We have always opted for the "amazement" tasting menu, and there is no better name to describe this true SENSORY JOURNEY, a perfect combination of the choice of raw materials, preparation technique and combination of flavors and colours, from the first bite to At the end you will feel like you are being transported away from the surrounding world.
The last time we went to eat at this place was for my birthday.
They immediately started with a welcome entrée: Mediterranean croaker tartare, then they served us a tuna Angus with caviar and pistachio and a basket with vegetable ciambotta and red prawn tartare, continuing with a risotto with anchovy sauce, cheese, pepper and cherry which literally left us speechless, as a second plank calamari with olive powder, to conclude the chef delighted us with a truly well balanced homemade dessert with lots of good wishes.
What can I say, leaving there will make you want to go back in time to be able to taste the chef's magic again and again.

First impression to forget but then they recovered in a big way. Excellent dishes including puff pastries and raw snapper. Grilled sea bass good but the tempura octopus excellent. Good value for money

Lo chef Nando Melileo cambia location ma non cambia la qualità e la continua ricerca della perfezione , il locale è ampio ed offre anche la gradevole possibilità di pranzare/ cenare all’aperto nonostante si trovi in centro ci sono ampie possibilità di parcheggio a pochi metri dal locale.
Menù degustazione o alla carte c’è veramente l’imbarazzo della scelta e la carta dei vini non è da meno e non è assolutamente caro .

Very nice environment and a really good, attentive, helpful, competent and passionate chef. We often go to Emozionando as a family and we recommend everyone to go. For the quality of the food and the study behind each preparation, the prices are truly negligible (I don't advise the chef to increase them just because it would go against my interests ^_^), just think that an excellent fish-based tasting menu starts from €50 and the portions for a restaurant of this level are also generous. They deserve to be in every restaurant guide.

Location davvero carina ed accogliente. Fuori dalla confusione del lungo mare, ma comunque a due passi sia dal corso che dal mare. Cibo ottimo, servizio eccellente. Piatti particolari e serviti senza lunghe attese.
