We attended a pre-Christmas dinner with important friends, but despite a reservation, we had little luck as we were given a table right next to the serving cabinet for cutlery and tablecloths. Unfortunately, it was a busy evening and the restaurant was packed. One of the two people sitting near the serving cabinet endured blows to the chair or back throughout the dinner from the waiters, particularly a Latino woman, who consistently prioritized speed with little regard for the lady guest. When I pointed out this unpleasant experience, they spontaneously offered a discount and apologized for the incident, although given the restaurant's excellent quality, I would have appreciated it more if they had told me there was no more room when I booked, rather than making us feel uncomfortable.

Classical Roman family restaurant with professional -slightly intrusive- service. Spacious and loud, offering exquisite seafood and Sardinian-inspired dishes. Reservations recommended, not obligatory.

This Sardinian restaurant is one of our favorites. We go there every time we're in Rome, usually on our last evening. They serve fish and seafood that are certainly among the best in Rome. The appetizer combines around ten different types of seafood—delicate and quite reasonably priced. The meal always begins with a glass of Sardinian sparkling wine and ends with a small bottle of Sardinian myrtle liqueur, both complimentary. They also offer a selection of fine Sardinian wines. The ambiance is festive and elegant, and the service is friendly, warm, and professional. It's always a pleasure to dine there!

As usual, the food at Francesco's is divine. As soon as I have a free moment, I rush over to try his delicacies. Excellent food, excellent wines, excellent service, super!

I had lunch here today for a quick business lunch. I ate this delicious Sardinian fregola. Quality, kindness, and polite service. I'll be back soon!

My favorite restaurant in Rome. A well hidden tourist secret but a well known local treat, particularly famous for its Sardinian cuisine. I just love the free glass of Prosecco to get started. And: the seafood starter is impossible to beat (antipasti misti) - countless dishes arriving endlessly at your table. The atmosphere is just absolutely perfect. As of 9.30pm, the place turns into a true spectacle!

Delicious traditional Sardinian cuisine, welcoming, courteous, and helpful staff. The care and attention to customers is top-notch, from the welcome cocktail to the coffee. Really nice.
