Ristorante e Pizzeria L'Arte della Pizza In Osimo

After discovering this pizzeria, I went back twice in a month, even though it's not exactly around the corner, because it's truly worth it. I'm Neapolitan, and for me, this is truly a good pizza. The ingredients are good, the dough is light and not the kind that makes you drink liters of water afterward. The fried foods are good, not those frozen balls they're selling everywhere these days. The service staff are very kind and helpful. It's true that you have to wait a bit, but it's not a big deal, it's manageable. The prices are average: classic pizzas between €8 and €10, with gourmet pizzas costing more.

Wonderful pizza with authentic ingredients and, above all, easy to digest. The staff is friendly and truly Neapolitan! We'll definitely be back!

Excellent pizza, made with quality ingredients. We ate in the pleasant outdoor square. Friendly service, considering they served us even when we sat down at 11:00 PM on a Saturday night. The 1-liter Coca-Cola in a glass... a real treat!

Very good pizza and also fried food, very friendly staff, very kind especially during the reservation phase! The only note is that for the pizzas we waited quite a while, but then again it can happen if the place is a bit crowded. The thing that we were a bit disappointed about was the location, we ate outside the room, inside a sort of shed with cables attached to the wall in sight, trolleys with various material such as a dismantled radiator etc. For the rest excellent value for money, for the food and the friendliness we would definitely go back

Capita spesso che qualcuno ci consiglia caldamente un ristorante – o una pizzeria – tessendone le lodi, al che ci si va, ma le aspettative vengono disilluse, ma non in questo caso. Premesso che la mia esperienza si limita al servizio pizzeria, "L’Arte della Pizza Napoletana" si conferma un locale dove la pizza rispetta in toto l’antica tradizione napoletana: il mio calzone al forno (9,50 EUR), farcito con pomodoro San Marzano, prosciutto cotto, salame tipo Napoli, ricotta e fior di latte, è di una bontà unica, una delizia per il palato con un corretto rapporto qualità-prezzo. Detto che il menù offre, oltre all’immancabile pizza fritta, anche ben sei versioni del classico "panuozzo", che (non dimentichiamolo) il locale è anche ristorante con piatti tipici campani, che il servizio è rapido e i prezzi corretti, ho trovato quanto mai comoda anche la locazione della pizzeria, a due passi dalla centralissima piazza Boccolino. La vera arte della pizza.
