Excellent experience at the Chalet Olympia hotel. I stayed with my family and a couple of friends during New Year's week. The owner Sabine is an exceptional person, very helpful with every need. Comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and dinner, small spa very useful for relaxing. To return and recommend. Also useful location for getting around by public transport.

23/01/2025: It seems to be in Manhattan but it is the Aurina valley. This is not your usual mountain venue but an experience worth having. You will not find the usual dishes but a particular fusion between local cuisine and Asian cuisine. Limited but excellent quality menu. The venue is gorgeous, truly worth seeing, it is an architectural work of art. Definitely put on your list of places to dine!
21/01/2025: Food tasted good, unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not okay. We ate the ramen noodles 3 times and the curry once (€17.90 each) with the topping “SHRIMP” for the hefty price of €6.90 extra per dish. We received the plate with exactly one shrimp in it and that's why I thought the €6.90 was excessive. I passed my complaint on to the service staff, unfortunately all I got was the answer that she passed it on, unfortunately nothing happened. It's a shame, price-performance doesn't fit.

06/10/2024: This Buschenschank in Meran really stands out from the numerous others. The ambience is inviting and modern, while retaining the rustic charm of South Tyrol. The redesign is characterized by a high level of professionalism, which can be seen in every detail. The South Tyrolean cuisine is well thought out down to the last detail.
