All good. The only thing I can say to the owners or management is, be careful about the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Maybe it was just that one day, but I backtracked. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Delicious desserts, helpful staff. Parking available.

A historic restaurant in the Castelli Romani area, offering a good and varied menu of meat and fish dishes. Located in a charming setting, it also offers hotel services (which I didn't need). The service, generally very good, has suffered somewhat due to the summer crowds.

Really nice location, very well looked after and truly sublime cuisine, well executed dishes. The only negative note is the very approximate service. The dishes arrived after half an hour, we had ordered a rare fillet and it arrived overcooked, they forgot the order for roast potatoes and when we chose dessert from the menu we were told to change because it was no longer available. Overall it is an excellent restaurant but I would recommend dedicating yourself to all customers not just tables of people.

22/08/2025: I came back here after a year, and the carbonara is still the best I've ever had in a restaurant. In general, everything is really delicious. Special mention for the homemade bread, served warm.
01/08/2025: We've rarely encountered an owner so attentive to hospitality, from the complimentary prosecco offered at the start, to the selection of quality ingredients, to the open kitchen, to the attention to every detail to ensure a memorable dinner with impeccable service. We'll be back with our friends, confident we'll make a great impression. Thank you!

12/10/2025: Here you can find authentic Roman pizza, which is very different from Neapolitan pizza. So if you read "pizzeria," don't immediately make the connection with Neapolitan pizza. Good pizza, reasonable price, service could be a little more attentive and quicker, but that's definitely something that can be easily improved. The place is quiet. If you don't like crowds and throngs, it's perfect. I recommend it.
