Tried as a hotel, comfortable rooms in an authentic location and a beautiful historic building. For a visit to Varallo while staying in the greenery.

09/02/2025: Historic place, small and welcoming, refined cuisine, salty just the way I like it, kind and reserved staff... we've already been there other times but I'll definitely be back and I hope for a good risotto
02/02/2025: Found by chance, pleasant and local, we start with a veal with tuna worth 10, then excellent meat ravioli and an unsuccessful pasta with egg, bacon and artichokes, the flavors have nothing to do with it and it didn't satisfy me (the reason for the less star ). Avoiding this dish, I definitely recommend stopping!
