I had dinner with friends. Everything was great, and it couldn't have been otherwise, given the 175 years of business run by the same family. Congratulations, and if you're passing through Varallo, you know where to go.

A lovely restaurant at the foot of the Sacred Mount of Varallo. We ate wonderfully in a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

20/10/2025: The first and second courses we had were very good! Hearty and flavorful. Excellent Apulian ingredients.
02/10/2025: After hours on the bike, the three of us motorcyclists found this place... Ample parking.... We only ordered three pizzas... but while we waited, they also brought us a small snack.... what can I say, GREAT!!! After the pizzas, the waitress, a very sweet Brazilian girl, also brought us a bunch of grapes. Coffee and amaro were fine... but that's not all, they also brought us a small bottle of pistachio liqueur... The result: we paid €45 for three pizzas, a liter of white wine, and a water. And two coffees. The amaros and everything else were offered by the manager. Congratulations to everyone.

La Perla di Trino

20/08/2025: I've eaten at La Perla many times and have always had a great experience with everything. The pizza, at least, is delicious: thick, soft, and cooked to perfection. The seafood entrees and fish are spectacular, and the desserts are delicious. I don't think I've ever tried anything with meat, but judging by the fact that it's always packed, even after mid-August, and it's best to book, there must be a reason. If I really have to find a flaw, it's the service, which is a bit slow, but then again, it's always busy, so there's a wait.
13/08/2025: Very good pizza and amazing chocolate cake. More than fair prices.
