Ristorante dell'Osmarin In Venezia

Simple arrival for check in, luggage secure (which allows you to already enjoy) while waiting for the room to be ready for 2 p.m. All the staff are smiling and helpful. Breakfast is simple but effective. (hot and cold) the coffee is very good.. the location is really great, 3 minutes walk from the St Zaccaria Vaporetto stop (this means you don't have to run around the city with your suitcases) it's 5 minutes from St Mark's Square, 8 minutes from the Rialto and far enough away to be quiet. Our room was very spacious and beautiful, there is a school next door so recess is noisy during the day (2/3 times a day 15 min to 1 hour) but no noise in the morning or evening when we were in the room (the shutters and frames are effective) no noise of footsteps or other things that could be found in apartment buildings or hotels with several floors. The bedding is really good! Very very spacious and super comfortable bed The bathtub could be changed because it is dated but for a shower it does the trick. There is some equipment that is not new but it was ok! The hotel terrace is in full sun at the end of the day (very appreciated in Venice) and customers have 10% in the hotel restaurant (little extra) Pricing wise it's Venice so don't expect low-cost but hey the price placement of this hotel is probably slightly too high for all the services offered. However. The geographical location and the spacious room quickly make you forget that. I'm often critical when things don't go well and I say what I think and we appreciated it.. When we next come to Venice we will return there

You don’t have a lot of options for better hotel in Venice. The rooms are bigger than the regular rooms in that area. The hotel is old but is acceptable in general.

Sinceramente non capisco i commenti negativi. Non si tratta sicuramente di un ristorante tipico veneziano di cui non ci scorderá mai, ma il personale è gentilissimo, i prezzi sono sí da Venezia, ma comunque esposti sul menú e la qualità é buona.

Passeggiando ci ha attirato l’aperitivo con cicchetto ma anche menu per far mangiare i ragazzi , sono stati accoglienti , ben organizzati anche per fuori con coperte , buon cibo

Hotel located in a quiet area a stone's throw from San Marco. The common areas are a bit neglected and limited but on the other hand the rooms are well kept and functional. The breakfast is honest. Particular praise goes to the lady who manages breakfast, attentive and kind.
