Not easy to review due to the obvious ups and downs that this hotel contains which needs a good refresh. Let's start from the price: the 4*S are absolutely disproportionate to the hotel's services (each star must correspond to a level of service): the (oriental) staff are kind, but inadequate for a 4*S, as are the rooms (old and not at all soundproofed), the reception (which in a 4*S must be 24 hours a day while from 6pm you will no longer find anyone (no one) as well as during the lunch break, unfortunately the cleaning in many cases is also summary in the common areas, spa and alpine village (unfortunately poorly held with cobwebs, it would be an incredible gem). Let's say it's a great 3* The cuisine is in line with expectations. No organization of excursions for guests, nor activities (another thing normally expected in a 4*S). Hope you don't meet families with children because the hotel does not have dedicated and separate spaces (pools and play areas) (especially from the spa) and there is no supervision, so you will always find them underfoot if the parents don't care. ..the only truly 4*S part is the aesthetics and the truly beautiful and well-kept massage-relaxation rooms, as well as the view. I forgot in the hotel garden there is an area dedicated to bees which is an honorable project in itself... but not recommended for those who don't like flying insects because especially at breakfast you have to share it with them. In summary, if you find offers in the low season and are looking for a good 3*, give it a try, but in the high season and if you want a 4*S I would think twice.

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful view. The wellness is magical on a forest slope under the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the cuisine was excellent.

Great hotel, with a great sauna area, very good breakfast buffet, afternoon buffet and dinner. The location is very quiet, in a very beautiful mountain landscape with great views and good mountain air. The only point of criticism was a coffee machine for breakfast.

Unfortunately, we can't say anything about the hotel itself (yet), as we had to cancel our trip the day before due to a stroke of fate in the family. BUT we can say something about how it was handled and the humanity of the hotel. It was really taken care of very nicely and we even received a call in the end saying that we would get our deposit back and that we wouldn't have to pay anything further for the short-term cancellation. In this day and age, we know that this cannot be taken for granted and we were very pleased with how our message and humanity were handled. Thank you very much for that! We'll definitely come to you at some point.

Hello, Hotel Vardinserhof Verigud is a very good hotel. The view of the mountains from the hotel is very beautiful. All the rooms of the hotel are very good. And the service of the hotel is very good. The hotel staff is very good. The food is excellent. There are many facilities for children.

We organized our wedding very spontaneously (3 weeks planning time). The hotel and the team created the perfect setting: professional and uncomplicated. A wedding suite with a fantastic view and sweet details. The team put the icing on the cake. Thank you Marion + team.
