ORGANIZED, FUNCTIONAL STRUCTURE VERY CLOSE TO THE NARE.

It is the first year that I have come to Alba and to this hotel, excellent location, clean rooms, excellent restaurant, the staff (William, Alessia Riccardo and Gabriele) super helpful, polite and kind, they deserve all 5 stars, excellent entertainment on the beach

We are staying in this hotel, it's our third year. 5 stars well deserved. Super clean 2 steps from the sea. Wonderful swimming pool for adults and children. Impeccable service. Friendly, friendly and helpful staff. William, Riccardo, Gabriele and Alessia and all the other guys in the room contributed to making our holiday beautiful. We stayed for a week in July with a 5 year old child, hotel in a nice location facing the sea, room not too big but clean and with a small balcony overlooking the sea, the swimming pool is also very nice. The cuisine with varied menu was appreciated and CONGRATULATIONS to all the waiters, always smiling and professional! The only negative note was that after 2 days the room air conditioner started to emit a bad smell and no longer cool, despite having told the staff the problem was not solved and we spent the rest of the holiday without air conditioning... too bad!

I stayed at the Excelsior hotel for a week in June, elegant, refined, with great attention to detail with a breakfast terrace, dining room and bedroom, all with sea views! The rooms were very clean, the dining room staff and the maitre William were all very professional, friendly and helpful, the food was very good and in generous quantities. A wonderful surprise was the animation, in particular the animator Alessio Terranova, a true star: professional, charismatic, very nice, empathetic, overwhelming not only in group dances and water aerobics, but precisely in his daily way of doing things. Never intrusive and always kind and engaging, able to make his activities fun and unique! I recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone because it is a guarantee of quality!

The rooms are very clean, daily change of linen is guaranteed. The beach is well looked after, the entertainers are very active but not intrusive. The restaurant staff are really friendly and helpful, the food is tasty and light. In the reception there are welcoming and friendly people. The location of the hotel is excellent: facing the sea and in the center of the beautiful town of Alba.
