We went to this restaurant for lunch today, at the suggestion of a friend (unfortunately, we didn't take photos of the dishes).
Generous portions, fair prices.
We had hot and cold appetizers (there was everything, hand-cut prosciutto, liver salami, polenta, fried foods, lentils, etc.), and we were already full with that; everything was delicious 😋😋😋😋
Then the first courses, pappardelle with wild boar and tagliatelle with ragù, truly the best 👏👏👏 (My almost 6-year-old daughter told me, "Mom, I want to come here and eat tagliatelle all the time!" 😊)
Unfortunately, we didn't get to eat the second course because we were full. We'll definitely be back in the evening to try the second courses.
Fabio, the owner, clearly does this job with passion and humility.
This place is like a dive into the past.

We were here for the first time and didn't know they didn't have a menu. So we were allowed to say so, but that's quite difficult when you're unfamiliar with the concept. The antipasto was surprisingly good and had a variety of dishes. Afterward, we tried several pastas, but I think they went overboard with the salt and were unfortunately too salty. A shame, because the rest of the restaurant is good and typically Italian.

A true dive into the 1980s.
The focus is on substance: traditional Marche cuisine, enhanced by almost forgotten dishes like beans with pork rind and giblets, followed by tripe, grilled eggplant... And then there are the cured meats with a forgotten flavor—and all this just for appetizers. But the modernity continues throughout the courses: Campofilone macaroni with a ragù that takes you back to your childhood, followed by chicken, rabbit, and various masterfully cooked meats.
Not a place for those seeking a sophisticated dish; for those seeking gourmet plating; for those demanding impeccable service. A place where you can relax and enjoy a laugh with friends, and why not, even with the "Chef" who makes sure to check if you liked each dish. One last tip: don't overdo the bread with the appetizers or you won't make it to dessert. That, too, is worth a mention.
The lack of a fifth star—unfortunately—is due to the waiters, who are truly untrained. But this can be improved.

I was a guest yesterday with a group from a MC association: I found the atmosphere very welcoming, tidy, and clean; the staff was attentive and
helpful. The extensive menu was very well-curated and delicious, from appetizers to dessert. I'll be back with my family the next time I can to enjoy other delicacies.

A location with a breathtaking view in the green heart of the Marche region,
friendly and attentive staff, and as for the food, everything was delicious, from appetizers to first courses. Try the rabbit in porchetta. Well done, Fabio.
