Ristorante dell'Albergo Villa Ciardi In Roana

Start of the year at the top. We spent three days together with our dog in this recently renovated structure. The room was large and welcoming with a beautiful view of the valley. After some beautiful walks we refreshed ourselves in the spacious and welcoming wellness area and then concluded the evenings with an excellent dinner with inviting, well-prepared dishes and excellent wine. Excellent welcome from the owner, who gave us excellent advice for both activities and food, as well as pleasant chats. We hope to return in the summer to be able to stop under the centuries-old apple tree which is wonderful.

My boyfriend and I stayed here in this beautiful villa, we had a very good time, the room was clean, a little small but comfortable. The guy at reception is super helpful for anything, he makes you feel right at home! In the evening we stopped to eat here in the restaurant after snowshoeing, I tried the beef tartar with grated Asiago, beef fillet with chef's sauce and a cheesecake with fresh fruit, what can I say, the dishes were truly delicious, of good quality and especially many things they produce, I highly recommend it! breakfast with local products, simple but good. Thanks again for everything, we were pleasantly surprised by this place complete with everything, next time I hope to have the pleasure of trying their spa!

Exceptional structure. Excellent hotelier. Recently renovated and tastefully. Private and welcoming spa. Refined menu and served at its best. Excellent cuisine. Just a few minutes from the lifts.

Locale elegante e molto piacevole al centro di un paese, Canove, sempre molto trafficato. Cucina che si ispira ai valori e alle materie prime della montagna vicentina, o dell'orto amorevolmente coltivato dai proprietari, fondamentalmente semplice ma facendo leva sulla qualità dei prodotti diventa di ottimo livello Servizio impeccabile e conto molto ragionevole.

Excellent and quiet restaurant. Local cuisine revisited with care. Excellent ingredients and km. 0 processed with extreme care. Attentive but not intrusive service. Trust Marco's advice. Sorana's joke is unsurpassed. The tagliolini with deer is absolutely worth trying. For the latter it is difficult to choose: they are all excellent. Desserts all very enjoyable. Nice wine list. To be recommended.

Very clean, welcoming facility and the staff is very kind and professional. The spa was an unexpected surprise. The restaurant is of excellent quality with the use of excellent quality raw materials. A special thanks to Mr. Marco who is always attentive to his guests.

Locale elegante e con tavoli ben separati uno dall'altro, inoltre bellissimo il giardino! Come ristorante è troppo costoso per quello che offre, sui dolci e antipasti non ci siamo proprio mentre molto buoni i secondi e i primi (ma dovrebbero farli un po' più abbondanti!)
