A beautiful place surrounded by nature... Typical local dishes. Efficient service, the owner is a delight. Good!!!

What a beautiful day. Maybe it was the delicious food, the enchanting location, or the company, but deep down I know why I loved it so much: I felt right at home. A heartfelt thank you to the Tenuta Tedone Consolini staff for their hospitality and kindness. It was truly magical! We'll definitely be back.

It's also worth noting that children might have the not-so-distant opportunity to see animals roaming freely in the area. Cows, donkeys, and more...

Come savor their fantastic lunches on Saturdays and Sundays from autumn to spring, or enjoy aperitifs in the woods or dinners under the stars in summer... Ugo and Mariapia are two wonderful hosts. If you're looking for quality, passion, and authenticity, you can't miss them.

In the middle of nowhere, down a tiny road in the countryside. A very peaceful place... We received a warm welcome from Ugo, who was truly lovely. The rooms were spotless.

If I go to a place where the quality is high, I expect service to match: I expect the girls to describe the dish to me when they bring me my food, I expect there to be a menu displayed (since the staff doesn't tell me what I'm eating), I expect that if I order a bottle of wine, they'll let me taste it, not just open it, leave it for me, and walk away without even pouring it. I expect that if the place boasts its homemade cured meats, they'll let me taste more than two slices of capocollo each. I don't expect to see the owner in shorts and a T-shirt giving seconds to some of his acquaintances' tables but not to ours, either all or none. In any case, the estate is immense and beautiful, the food is good, but it's too expensive for the small portions they serve.

I was there for an "aperitif in the woods" event. It was a very interesting experience, a suggestive location, but above all I was impressed by the menu offered. The dessert was a truly unique experience 😍.

Driven by curiosity, we decided to have lunch at this beautiful place nestled in the Alta Murgia park. It's a very welcoming place, the owner Ugo is incredibly friendly, and the chef confirmed what we'd seen on social media about his dishes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The traditional cuisine is excellent, locally sourced, from the vegetables to the cured meats and cheeses, all home-made. The capocollo is superb, the vegetable frittata is delicious, and the mini pulled pork bun is something I dream about at night :-D. Too bad about the wine, Santa Lucia had run out :-D Jokes aside, it's an authentic place where you can feel good about yourself, others, nature, and food!

Posto veramente caratteristico, cibo ottimo e abbondante e il propietario Ugo sa farti sentire a casa..... E i suoi affettuosissimi cani sono la felicità di tutti i bambini

Posto bellissimo, tranquillo, immerso nel verde, personale professionale; mangiare semplicemente buono e naturale, sicuramente biologico, tutto buono e abbondante, super consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente...sembrava di stare in famiglia.
