The best meat I've ever eaten! Not just the tagliata, served with arugula and parmesan, but also the platter of amazing cured meats and cheeses, including exceptional prosciutto. The owners farm locally, so the animals are fed healthily and treated with respect; they're not sold wholesale, and it shows! The butcher shop is close to the restaurant. The owners are very hospitable and kind. Truly a discovery! If you're in the area, I definitely recommend a visit! The place isn't your typical tourist spot, and we really enjoyed it.

The quality of the meat is truly excellent, tender and flavorful. (I've tried a lot of meat, but it was so good I hadn't eaten it for a while.)

The appetizers and meat-based main courses are superb. The first courses must be ordered in advance. I'm not giving it five stars only because they didn't have any desserts, but the artisanal liqueurs at the end of the meal are excellent.

The meat is good. It isn't always cooked perfectly. The different thicknesses of the meat mean different cooking times, so you might have a piece that has a thinner, drier part while the rest is nice and short. What a shame.

Se ci soffermiamo a giudicare, senza conoscere, non riusciremo mai a capire il sapore delle cose. Questo posto da capito, entrando, parlando con i proprietari e gustando, poi, i piatti sublimi di carne che offre. Una vera sorpresa. Tutto delizioso, al limite della perfezione. Questa “razza piemontese” ha veramente sbalordito, per la tenerezza, la prelibatezza, il sapore, intenso e delicato. Esperienza da fare…..

Era da tempo che volevo visitare questo agriturismo perché amici che c'erano stati ne hanno parlato molto bene. La mia valutazione del cibo, soprattutto della carne è ECCELLENTE. Forse la miglior carne che abbia mai mangiato. Lo consiglio veramente a tutti. Il servizio è veloce e il personale molto educato ed empatico. Torneremo sicuramente.
