YESTERDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2025, I HAD LUNCH WITH A POLISH GUEST AT THE SACRA RESTAURANT AT 1 PM. WE WERE ABLE TO SIT AT AN EXCELLENT OUTDOOR TABLE (BUT THE INSIDE WAS VERY COZY TOO!), AND WE WERE IMMEDIATELY SERVED WITH AN EXCELLENT MENU. I'M FROM BOLOGNA: I CAN ASSURANCE OF THE QUALITY OF WHAT WE TASTED! THE PRICE WAS MORE THAN FAIR. YOUR KINDNESS AND ATTENTION PLEASED US VERY MUCH. THANK YOU. We stopped for the place, the terrace. For the rest, move on: it's expensive and very average in terms of service and food. What a shame!

Excellent value for money in this friendly restaurant, ideally located at the foot of the Sacra. Piedmontese cuisine is featured prominently, including a delicious roast veal. The desserts are homemade: special mention goes to the apple tart and bunet, a Piedmontese specialty that I highly recommend!

Atmosphere The restaurant is a perfect balance between elegance and warmth: refined furnishings, soft lighting and large windows overlooking the Val di Susa, offering breathtaking views in every season. The welcome is impeccable: attentive, smiling and never intrusive staff, capable of making every guest feel welcome. Cuisine The cuisine is the real strong point. The dishes offered reinterpret the Piedmontese tradition with creativity and respect for the raw materials. Each course is a discovery: from the veal with tuna sauce revisited with gourmet touches, to the fresh tajarin with truffle, up to the perfectly executed game main courses. The selection of desserts is also extraordinary: the bonet with dark chocolate and amaretto is simply unforgettable. Wine list The wine list is remarkable, with a wide selection of local and national labels. The sommelier is prepared and can recommend with competence and discretion the most suitable pairing for each dish. Value for money For the level of cuisine, the location and the service, the prices are absolutely consistent. An experience that is worth every euro spent.

I had the pleasure of having lunch at the Sacra di San Michele restaurant after a visit to the abbey, and I must say that it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. The location is simply breathtaking: eating with a view of the valley, immersed in the silence and beauty of the place, made everything even more special. The menu is a perfect balance between Piedmontese tradition and modern creativity. The desserts deserve a special mention.... Impeccable service: courtesy, professionalism and a warm welcome that makes you feel immediately at home. The timing was also well managed, despite the place being quite full. Highly recommended for those visiting the Sacra di San Michele and wanting to complete the day with a quality lunch or dinner, in a refined and relaxing environment. I will definitely be back!

We eat well, immediately after the visit to the sacred we find this cozy little place with good food.

The appearance of the dishes is more inviting than the dishes themselves. Unfortunately it was not a great experience, we found first a hair in the plate and then a piece of plastic in the rolls and we were not even given a small attention. I certainly would not recommend it very expensive compared to the portions and certainly very touristy.
