It's a shame there are only 5 stars. 10-star restaurant!!!!! There's no point in telling you about my many gastronomic experiences at this restaurant. You have to come!!!

This is definitely a belated review: 25 years have passed since my first visit here, and I remember that summer day as if it were etched in my memory: the wide-open window overlooking that wonderful valley, the curtains billowing in a breeze that spoke its own poetry. How enchanting the traditional cuisine at this restaurant is.

Elegant trattoria, very authentic home cooking, well-structured wine list, informal and attentive service, very fair prices.

Excellent traditional Piedmontese restaurant

Excellent restaurant serving local cuisine! We chose the full menu with three appetizers, a first course, a second course, and dessert, all carefully crafted and truly delicious. We added two bottles of wine, and at €44 per person, it was excellent value. Friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere, and authentic dishes: highly recommended!

A historic restaurant in one of the oldest villages in the Langhe, dominated by a majestic medieval castle. Breathtaking views of the Alpine range and an endless expanse of woods and meadows. The restaurant is welcoming and intimate, with meticulous attention to detail. Guido welcomes us with his kindness and courtesy, leading us into a small room with a simple, antique atmosphere and a fireplace already lit. A superb set menu with excellent traditional Piedmontese appetizers, including a generous selection of local porcini mushrooms. Excellent homemade ravioli and tajarin, expertly made, and then the legendary guinea fowl, a delight for the senses. A rich and satisfying wine list with local influences but also excellent selections from beyond the Alps. We drank an extraordinary Chablis and a Nebbiolo to genuflect. Attentive, attentive, and professional service. A place that leaves a lasting impression, that instills peace and serenity, that satisfies the senses. Highly recommended.

A typical, simple Italian restaurant in the heart of a small town (Olmo Gentile). The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent (pasta, ravioli, pheasant, salad). If you like simple but good food, this is the place for you!
