We've been staying here every year for 6 years, and it's always simply fantastic. The location is a dream, right in the city, so to speak. Free parking is available directly at the hotel or a 5-minute walk away at the neighboring hotel. The rooms are top-notch and always very clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. If you arrive a little late, just give them a quick call and they'll even get you a delicious pizza. I'd like to talk about this next: the in-house restaurant. Simply amazing! We've been to many restaurants in Malcesine, but this is simply the best. Whether it's pasta, pizza, or something else, everything is delicious, and you also get a glass of Prosecco and a welcome drink from the kitchen. Even just having a few drinks is no problem here. We usually stay four nights in Malcesine and eat at the Firenze every evening 😋. All in all, a truly fantastic hotel with a fantastic restaurant. You simply feel at home here. Big thanks to the whole team and the Lombardi family. You're doing a fantastic job. We look forward to the next visit.

Il ristorante non si trova nella zona turistica diretta, ma fa sicuramente punteggio con il suo servizio e la sua cucina. Il ristorante può essere sicuramente consigliato, gli antipasti e i secondi piatti erano buoni e il servizio era ottimo.

Hotel very well located in the center of Malcesine, we have been very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean. Thank Tony, Guadalupe and Andrea for being so kind throughout our stay there! The restaurant is also very good, especially the pizzas!

We stayed at the hotel and took the opportunity to have dinner at its restaurant. The mistake was doing it on the last day since we liked the food much more than the other restaurants closer to the lake and it was better for the price. I thank Tony, Andrea and Guadalupe for their kindness and sympathy :)

Our stay at the Hotel Firenze in Malcesine was excellent in every way. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were always professional, attentive and helpful. The room was a true haven of comfort: clean, well heated and furnished with an extremely comfortable and immaculately made bed. The daily cleaning was carried out with great care, so that we always found a fresh and tidy atmosphere. Another highlight was the breakfast, which was rich and of excellent quality - the perfect way to start the day well. We also had the opportunity to try out the hotel's restaurant and pizzeria and were impressed by the excellent cuisine and the quality of the ingredients. An additional plus point is the availability of parking for guests, a much appreciated convenience, especially in a popular tourist region such as Malcesine. In summary, the Hotel Firenze offers a first-class stay characterized by excellent service, well-kept rooms and warm hospitality. An absolutely recommended place for anyone who wants to experience Malcesine in maximum comfort.
