The food is good and not exceptional, in keeping with Piedmontese tradition. I gave the service and waiters three stars, not because they were rude, but rather because I find it inappropriate to change cutlery with bare hands without a tray or napkin to accompany it. After all, it doesn't take much without investment. Often, small touches enhance refinement, and you don't need a Michelin-starred chef in the kitchen.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel — I was there for about 5 days. The staff were very kind and respectful, and the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. My room was perfectly clean and well-maintained. I do wish the hotel had a gym, but that’s not a big issue. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

Being in the area, we went to the "Del Peso" restaurant by chance and it was a pleasant experience. The service was excellent, as was the attention to the customer and the kindness of the owner and collaborators. The dishes on the menu are very good and of good quality. Well-stocked cellar. Honest quality/price ratio. We will certainly return.
