Had lunch on a weekday. Welcoming location, professional staff and service. Traditional Piedmontese menu. We had a wonderful lunch: excellent veal with tuna sauce, excellent first courses (ravioli with mountain butter and sage + plin with three roasts), good mixed boiled meat, excellent desserts, the bonnet but above all the panna cotta. Correct account. It is fully included in the restaurants to be recommended.

We stopped one night for the hot air balloon rally. The location is convenient, ten minutes by car from Mondovì. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Ristorante molto bello e curato. Ambiente molto accogliente con ottimi piatti e una fornita cantina di vini. Tutto veramente buono…presentazione dei piatti curata e il sommelier ti sa consigliare il vino appropriato a seconda dei piatti scelti. Prezzo in linea con i piatti proposti e personale cordiale. Consigliato!

25/12/2024: Very good and excellent quality products. Helpful, smiling and prepared staff. I'm talking about the ladies who work in Caraglio. I don't know about the other shops. Even during the disastrous fire we kept ourselves informed of the situation in order to access their reborn sales space as soon as possible. Merry Christmas to all
