I had an excellent lunch at this beautiful, newly renovated restaurant.
Traditional cuisine with a few reinterpretations that improve it without overturning it.
The best risotto I've ever tasted.
Everything was excellent. Paired with wines well recommended by the sommelier. Friendly staff.
I recommend it without hesitation.

The food is good and not exceptional, in keeping with Piedmontese tradition. I gave the service and waiters three stars, not because they were rude, but rather because I find it inappropriate to change cutlery with bare hands without a tray or napkin to accompany it. After all, it doesn't take much without investment. Often, small touches enhance refinement, and you don't need a Michelin-starred chef in the kitchen.

Ristorante gigante e curato con personale molto entile e disponibile cucina dedicata, gustosa e raffinata. Si vede che la materia prima è di un ottimo livello, accompagnata da un servizio attento. I prezzi nella media e assolutamente adeguati alla qualità che viene servita. Se siete in zona non potete perdervelo!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel — I was there for about 5 days. The staff were very kind and respectful, and the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. My room was perfectly clean and well-maintained. I do wish the hotel had a gym, but that’s not a big issue. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

Being in the area, we went to the "Del Peso" restaurant by chance and it was a pleasant experience. The service was excellent, as was the attention to the customer and the kindness of the owner and collaborators. The dishes on the menu are very good and of good quality. Well-stocked cellar. Honest quality/price ratio. We will certainly return.
