Being in the area, we went to the "Del Peso" restaurant by chance and it was a pleasant experience. The service was excellent, as was the attention to the customer and the kindness of the owner and collaborators. The dishes on the menu are very good and of good quality. Well-stocked cellar. Honest quality/price ratio. We will certainly return.

By chance today for lunch we came across this elegant restaurant. What can I say... I honestly think I have never eaten so well, every dish was taken care of down to the smallest detail and with every bite I felt in heaven. Congratulations with all my heart and thanks

Much more refined cuisine than one might expect, not affected, in the tradition. The reinterpretation of the carpaccio is excellent, the boiled meats on the cart are perfect.

Full immersion in the Piedmontese gastronomic culture found by chance along the road but luck always helps me, I start with the welcome and the service which is nothing short of exceptional the courtesy is in the staff's DNA, let's move on to the food it's certainly not me who discovers the local cuisine and with proof of innovation the liquorice and rosemary risotto alone is worth the final bill and the cart of ancient Piedmontese tradition meats is of rare quality and then what is pleasant the excellent zabaglione, unfortunately, is rarely found on the menus, in summary sit at the table and you will thank me

In una uggiosa giornata di gennaio, a spasso per le valli monregalesi, ci siamo ritrovati, per puro caso, a pranzare in questo ristorante . Location d'antan ma accogliente, abbiamo gustato una gradevole insalata russa come entrée di benvenuto. A seguire un vitello tonnato eccellente, due ottimi primi, ravioli e plin ai tre arrosti, il classico bollito per secondo e, dulcis in fundo, panna cotta e bonnet squisiti.
Servizio attento, cortese ma non invadente, professionale. Il conto assolutamente adeguato. Nella nostra personale agenda prende tre stelle su quattro, torneremo per la quarta stella.
