Something exceptional!! Stars aren't enough. The atmosphere takes you back to a timeless fairytale. Every room is perfect. Heated, welcoming, and spotlessly clean. The staff, from Januz to Francesco, Noemi, and Christian, are all perfect! I can't stop thinking about them. My regards to the manager, who is not only intelligent, but also lively and extremely knowledgeable. I LOVE YOU

I stayed two nights at Castello di Guarene. The castle is beautiful and its location in the Langhe is extraordinary, but unfortunately, the level of service was far below expectations for a property of this caliber. I had requested a bottle of Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial in my room before arriving: a random bottle arrived, and no one apologized in person. The service at dinner was inattentive: no one refilled our glasses with water or wine throughout the meal. There was no staff member present at the spa. At breakfast, we waited half an hour for avocado toast, which arrived inedible (rock-hard bread with avocado cream). The cocktail at the bar was also mediocre. The general feeling is that the property is run by a handful of young people, with no visible management presence. A place with great potential, but with service that certainly doesn't live up to Relais & Châteaux standards. ⸻ Spanish I stayed two nights in Guarene Castle. The castle is precious and the location in the Langhe is spectacular, but regrettably the level of service is much lower than what one expects from a hotel of this category. Before you leave, place a bottle of **Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial in your home. At the end you had a bottle of wine and some wine to explain yourself in person. At dinner the service was very clear: during the whole dinner I turned to filling the jars of water or wine. In the spa there is no member of the present staff. In the middle of the meal we were hoping for an uncommon avocado toast (hard bread with a cream of water). The food at the bar was also mediocre. The general impression is that the hotel is managed by a few young employees, without a visible presence of management. A place with great potential, but clearly not at the height of the Relais & Châteaux standards.

I wasn't a guest but I spoke with the director who is a very knowledgeable and capable guy, the structure is wonderful and they are very friendly.

I had lunch with my wife at the hotel's La Limonaia restaurant, which is also open to external guests. It was an excellent experience. The food was excellent and the service impeccable. Kudos to all the staff, especially the chef and the hotel manager, who took us on a tour of the castle's museum after the meal. I definitely recommend it.

To be done at least 4 times a year 😉

We recently had the honor and privilege to stay at the Castello di Guarene. What made our visit so memorable was the unbelievably attentive staff, exceptional royalty in artwork, architecture and preservation of this majestic castle. The hotel rooms were utterly amazing in the attention to detail and grandeur. Every guest seems to treated by the Staff as if they are a guest of the Count. The restaurant, elegant bar and grounds were outstanding as are the Wellness Center options. The vast views from property grounds of the surrounding Piedmont winemaking and hazelnut producing region is breathtaking. The Castle is just minutes away and a scenic ride to wonderful shopping. The entire Staff’s intention is to make this experience a lasting precious memory. This level of excellence is very apparent as evidenced by the commitment to the manor in which the entire Castle and hotel rooms are maintained. We have travelled to many places all over the world and find this experience to be tops within our travel experiences. We greatly look forward to returning soon.

An enchanting stay in an 18th-century castle, surrounded by the magic of Christmas and the warmth of a fireplace—the gift every lady desires from her knights. Charming rooms, always clean and tidy, with daily "pampering" (chocolate cookies, goodnight notes, etc.); a beautifully manicured garden, and a breathtaking panoramic view of the Langhe. The entire staff is extremely courteous and attentive to every guest's needs. A varied breakfast featuring fresh, local, quality products, and dinner featuring refined dishes; impeccable service. A clean spa with a herbal tea corner, fresh and dried fruit, and beverages. The rooms are furnished with discreet elegance and are in keeping with the setting, offering refinement, tranquility, and intimacy. A truly unforgettable experience.

Amazing service from John at the spa! Gorgeous facilities and the menu was incredible. Highly recommended
