I waited till the beginning of September, I was extremely happy, i visited a friend we decided to spend some time at the beach club, one of the best decisions !!!! We ended up having a aperitivo, delightful, warm welcome even in the end of season, drinks to die for, we started light with Aperol Spritz, an other friend joined us and he ordered a Vodka Martini with twits fantastic service, knowledgeable bartender, everyone spoke English, a plus because my two friends did not speak Italian. We later had Negroni, Old Fashioned and a Manhattan, let me tell you as professional Bartender I can tell you those drinks were made to perfection. We decided to eat, that turned into a sublime experience, we asked Francesco ( Owner ) if he could put some appetizers together for us and sure he did it, light crispy Fritto misto, un crudo di Gamberi Rossi di Mazzara Del Vallo, and for one of us that asked for something not from the see Carpaccio di filetto con crema di tartufo. Everything was in the company of a cold bottle of Gavi Di Gavi La Scolca. At that point we decided to have the owner to go a head and decide for the main dish……. Whole branzino for 2 roasted side of spinach, carrots, string beans and one Fillet mignon all cooked to perfection we asked for red and white wine and they brought one bottle of : Chianti Classico l”Aura and a bottle of Gavi Castellari Bergaglio. Fantastic dinner all together. Francesco offered us a bottle of Cozza Prosecco extra dry at the end the dinner. Which was perfect because got us ready for wafter dinner drinks, Macallan 12 years old scotch whisky. All of it including the service was superb experience, not to mention the honest prices. If you ever in Pisa, Livorno, Florence or anywhere close by you must try this fantastic establishment.
