I have to apologize for not changing my review sooner. As often happens, just because one time it didn't go as you expected you review on impulse and make mistakes. I'll start by saying that the welcome is local (from God), simple environment but nothing by chance, the food awakens flavors that you thought were lost. Well done and still good.

Fixed lunch menu for a business lunch: good food (spacious cotechino) and plenty of it and the prices are excellent. Excellent service: helpfulness, smile and speed.

Trattoria discovered by chance while I was travelling, excellent traditional Mantuan food with excellent pumpkin ravioli, not to mention the boiled meat and cotechino with truly excellent apple puree and mustard, Elvezia cake and top chocolate and pistachio mousse. Helpful and helpful staff friendly. Cozy environment. Highly recommended!

Great pasta in a rural and very authentic setting. A great place to stop if you are traveling and looking for a place to eat. The Antipasti is good, but the pasta was amazing and truly worth a stop. My main gripe about pasta in Italy is usually that the flavor is all focused in the sauce and the fillings are rather basic and boring. This is not the case here, especially the pumpkin tortellini (del zucca) contained a flavor explosion. If you love pasta you won't be disappointed and you can also buy them to take with. The espresso was ok, a bit too much water for my taste and lacked depth. Still a solid 4/5 for the espresso.
