Decent, but not unforgettable. Work menu at 15 euros. Fair variety and fair quality. Friendly staff and pleasant place. However, I don't like seasonings measured at the source. There is no parmesan on the table (they ask verbally and put it directly on the plate in the kitchen), while oil and vinegar are delivered in 1 meager micro-portion in a bag, of COVID memory. If you want a little more cheese on your pasta or a little more oil on your salad, you have to ask. Which obviously I don't like. So so..

Unfortunately I happened upon it in the late afternoon and the kitchen is only open for lunch but the very kind girl at the bar told me that I could get a sandwich or some small wraps so I didn't have to go without food. 😂 I hope to return once for lunch. Large parking lot.

I have to apologize for not changing my review sooner. As often happens, just because one time it didn't go as you expected you review on impulse and make mistakes. I'll start by saying that the welcome is local (from God), simple environment but nothing by chance, the food awakens flavors that you thought were lost. Well done and still good.

30/03/2025: In Nuvolato, a small hamlet of Quistello, there is this beautiful restaurant on the ground floor of a recently renovated farmhouse. The environment, furnished in a classic style and the welcome make you feel as if you were at home. The menu offering is broad and refined. In every dish you can feel the care and research into ingredients and selected raw materials. I highly recommend the stop, but once will not be enough for you to taste all the delicacies presented on the menu, so it is a must to return. Nice experience.
