Passing through San Benedetto and hungry we found this restaurant that immediately made a good impression on us for the number of trucks and cars parked. We took the fixed price menu 15 euros, good food and cooked without too many condiments a sign that it was good quality. Friendly staff and fast service, comfortable environment. I noticed good wine labels too. Nice surprise. We will return when we are in the area.

Decent, but not unforgettable. Work menu at 15 euros. Fair variety and fair quality. Friendly staff and pleasant place. However, I don't like seasonings measured at the source. There is no parmesan on the table (they ask verbally and put it directly on the plate in the kitchen), while oil and vinegar are delivered in 1 meager micro-portion in a bag, of COVID memory. If you want a little more cheese on your pasta or a little more oil on your salad, you have to ask. Which obviously I don't like. So so..

06/07/2025: After the tourist visit to the splendid village of Redondesco we accidentally and fortunately ended up in this restaurant. Very beautiful, tidy environment and all amplified by the courteous and friendly welcome of Mrs. Rita. The traditional Mantuan menu, revisited with originality by Mrs. Ornella, confirmed our excellent first impression. The ravioli filled with cherries and ricotta pleasantly surprised us as did the sea urchins with walnuts and speck. Everything is homemade with so much passion, even the semifreddo with licorice. At the end of lunch we promised ourselves to return specifically to taste other new surprises.
31/05/2025: Food above average, ate the first course and dessert twice, exceptional. Ample parking and excellent service. I will definitely be back!

20/04/2025: Found by chance on the road to Valeggio, excellent restaurant and very courteous service.
18/04/2025: Bel posto che non conoscevo, trovato per caso sulla strada. Bel locale , grande , accogliente, con un buon servizio. Abbiamo solo fatto un pranzo di lavoro x mancanza di tempo, quindi la mia recensione è parziale. comunque anche il pranzo di lavoro era un buon pranzo, ottima carta dei vini . Tornerò senzaltro con più tempo. Consiglio.
