Absolutely delicious food! The staff speaks some English and is very kind. We ordered the regional ragu pasta and the fowl, both with the red house wine and a desert. Fully recommend and we hope to come back!

My partner and I had dinner this evening at this little restaurant in the historic center. It's in an excellent location, on an alley near the square and the Basilica of Santa Chiara. We dined outside in a very pleasant atmosphere. The girls are friendly and helpful. The scamorza al coccio with bacon, walnuts, and honey is SUPERB. Fair prices: 2 generous appetizers, 2 main courses, 1 side dish, 1 dessert, 2 coffees, 1 water, and 1 can of soda, less than €35 each. Recommended ✨

Ottimo ristorante in un vicoletto vicino alla Basilica di Santa Chiara. Molto buono l’antipasto con prodotti tipici umbri, torta al testo, bruschettine, salumi e formaggi. Pasta fatta in casa. Molto buoni anche i dolci. Personale molto gentile. Ci torneremo!

Siamo stati in questa trattoria ristorante su consiglio di un esercente di Assisi... Che dire? Mai consiglio fu più gradito!!! La proprietaria è stata di una gentilezza ed attenzione fuori dal comune, ci ha accolto, ben consigliato e coccolato come solo chi ama il suo lavoro sa fare! Il tagliere era delizioso e molto abbondante, per due persone! Abbiamo assaggiato gli Strangozzi sia al cinghiale che alla Norcina ed erano molto gustosi e ben fatti, la pasta fatta a mano! Le salsicce umbre messe in concia ed arrostite molto buone! Ottimo anche il vino della casa! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

20/07/2025: Hotel in the center of Gualdo Tadino, perfect for visiting the many museums and churches. Our triple room was spacious and bright with three windows, comfortable beds, pleasant colors, and two TVs. The perfect place to relax. Wonderful breakfast with a wide selection of sweet and savory dishes. The restaurant we tried for dinner was also worth a visit. Friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Several parking lots in the area are available, both free (toward the Rocca) and paid.
16/07/2025: Excellent stay, spotlessly clean room. The location is very central for visiting Gualdo. I highly recommend the property and the restaurant. We will gladly return.

Pellicano

19/08/2025: Il Pellicano has been a regular stop when I visit my sister in Umbria since 1998. When I was younger, I'd stop in for sandwiches and a beer; now I use it to pick up a delicious takeout pizza. The dough is well-made, well-risen (so much so that you won't wake up thirsty the next day), and the wide selection of flavors is worth trying. Recommended for anyone passing through the San Faticchio area and surrounding towns.
18/08/2025: We had dinner at Pellicano and, in addition to the generous portions, we were served by very friendly staff. The burgers and pizzas were excellent. Prices were average. I recommend it!
