The kind of review that you don’t want to give because you don’t want to spoil the authenticity. There is a menu and it’s in Italian but you can order whichever, it’s delicious! They serve dishes from Umbria and wine to go along with. Staff are friendly and helpful. Enjoy if you have then chance!

The galletto all’arrabbiata is very good and the salsa umbra is also quite satisfying. Came for lunch and dinner in early June and did not have to wait either time.

siamo andati in questo ristorante per una gita scolastica, io sono celiaca e mi sono trovata molto bene, piatto uguale a quello degli altri ragazzi , e in più ho avuto anche il dolce senza glutine a differenza degli altri ristoranti dove siamo stati. Camerieri gentili e disponibili

13/07/2025: A little gem in the heart of Perugia. We dined outdoors during Umbria Jazz. The food was exquisite, the wine was perfect, and the service and courtesy were top marks. Definitely worth a try!

Trattoria Lea

09/08/2025: In viaggio verso il cuore dell'Umbria ci siamo fermati a Città di Castello per il pranzo, attirati dalla segnalazione di un ristorante su una guida. E soprattutto da una parola: tartufo. La trattoria Lea è molto grande, ma anche molto frequentata, in massima parte da gente del posto, infatti è consigliabile prenotare. Con un po' di fortuna abbiamo trovato un tavolo e nonostante un po' di attesa (il ristorante era alla capienza massima) siamo stati estremamente soddisfatti. Buoni e vari gli antipasti misti, assolutamente straordinari i primi: tagliatelle e gnocchetti al tartufo bianco, di cui erano letteralmente ricoperti (al doppio di un primo normale, prezzo assolutamente giustificato). Buoni anche i mazzafegati, presidio slow food locale, assaggiati come secondo.
