Ancient tavern in the heart of Perugia. Excellent value for money. I don't remember the name, but congratulations to the young man who decided to follow in his grandmother's footsteps, continue the business, despite the sacrifices and commitment required in times like these, allowing us to continue to delight in excellent food and a lovely family atmosphere. Obviously a round of applause for the kitchen staff

Five well-deserved stars both for the high quality of the dishes and for the polite and courteous way in which you are served.
Penne alla pork butcher, and what do you want to tell them, if you don't understand how good they are, the parmigiana was such a delicacy, but the non plus ultra was the chicken deviled which I ate licking my mustache which I didn't have.
The wine facilitated and cheered up eating, which was economical and popular and one wants more to go back. Well done.

Locale appena fuori dal centro, sembra di fare "un viaggio indietro nel tempo": locale che è rimasto indietro alla genuinità degli anni passati, intendo a livello estetico.
Cibo, che dire, a me è piaciuto veramente tutto, genuino e gustoso come solo un posto non succube del turismo può dare.
Veramente consigliato!

Una bella scoperta. Molto attenti alle intolleranze. Diverse portate buone per i celiaci ed i vegetariani. Ottimo rapporto quantità, qualità e prezzo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Sempre pieno, conviene prenotare prima.
