Pizzeria Il Boss

24/09/2025: Il Boss was a restaurant and pizzeria in Tromello, very well-known for its truly excellent food. Then it moved to Garlasco near a roundabout, and I tried it there too—not bad. Now it's right in the square, next to the Garlasco Cathedral, with outdoor seating and an indoor dining area, so why not try it there too!? And I must say, the pizza is good—kudos! Reservations are almost a must, it's a bit small. They also do takeout.
19/08/2025: You can order takeout or eat in. I found it good and easy to digest. However, I recommend eating it there, as the pizza tastes best when eaten hot. It tastes even better.

08/10/2025: Convenient to the highway, quiet, rooms a bit basic but clean and tidy, excellent restaurant, very helpful staff and owner, more than fair prices. I travel for work, I will definitely stay here again.
26/09/2025: Had lunch today for work. Quality food.
