SUPER recommended place, the specialty is artichokes, good in every possible and imaginable way, high quality of the products and fair prices... The portions are also generous and the staff is super friendly and attentive to the customer, therefore truly a place worth 10 and praise. MUST TRY IT ABSOLUTELY

il menù a base carciofo mi è piaciuto molto! Certo, piatti molto semplici e anche un po’ rudi (la foto del carciofo al forno adagiato su un dito di olio parla chiaro…) ma comunque che hanno il sapore della tradizione, o anche dell’esperienza di cuochi che chiaramente fanno questo da una vita. Giro di antipasti di altissimo livello, un po’ più deludenti i primi (una sorta di carbonara ai carciofi un po’ sciapa, poi una buona matriciana ma con le trofie, che non trovo adatto come formato) o il secondo (carne di maiale, non morbidissima), poi i biscotti secchi sicuramente confezionati ma di qualità eccelsa, raramente ho trovato amaretti così buoni e quanto mi piacerebbe sapere il nome del produttore! Comunque un livello complessivo buono, considerando i quasi 300 coperti serviti contemporaneamente. Scelta di vini non scontata, oltre ai nomi commerciali c’è un po’ di scelta locale. Probabilmente la carne alla griglia sarà ottima, vi consiglierei di provare a trattare…. antipasto da menu, poi secondo alla carta e biscottini: a queste condizioni sicuramente tornerei!!

I had received an indication from friends about the quality of the restaurant and to optimize our 3-day holiday I wanted to stay in the local hotel. As for the restaurant, everything was perfect and excellent both in terms of quality - we consumed grilled meat and artichokes - and in terms of preparation and service. The prices are a little above the average for the area, but in the end you understand why and justify them... The part relating to the living room, however, showed some flaws due to the age of the rooms, but for us there was what matters, namely silence, view and clean and usable services, therefore we are able to give a full satisfactory rating. We'll see you again soon...

We enjoyed the "walk among the artichokes" menu, which to say was superb, congratulations to everyone for the good food, the excellent service and the confirmation of the restaurant's fame as "Santuccio".

Il numero uno da generazioni, Santuccio si conferma un punto di riferimento per Sezze e provincia per la lavorazione del carciofo. Essendo un prodotto di stagione, abbiamo degustato il carciofo in ogni sua forma e in ogni sua cottura. E' senz altro uno dei prodotti più amati della cucina mediterranea! Proprietari gentilissimi e competenti, cantina molto rifornita! Consigliatissimo
