Clean and organized restaurant with garden. I recommend the homemade pappardelle with wild boar ragout, the grilled Chianina steak and the almond semifreddo. Quality and fair costs.

Inside the small and wonderful Monteriggioni it is possible to eat al fresco on the veranda with garden. The food is excellent, the wild boar pappardelle I ate here are among the best.

Two of us had dinner in the beautiful back garden. Friendly and precise service, fabulous appetizers and the truly spectacular Chianina tartare. Chianti di Monteriggioni excellent value for money. Appropriate bill for the evening. Definitely worth trying if you pass by Monteriggioni.

This is a beautiful restaurant and that includes the staff, the surroundings, the ambiance, and the food. Giuseppe and his team took great care of us and brought us our best meal in Tuscany to date. I highly recommend either the grilled pork or the pork roll stuffed with sausage, although I am certain everything is of the same quality. I’d return in a heartbeat or even stay an extra night to eat there again. Choose a table in the back courtyard facing the castle walls and you will feel like you are dining at the most exclusive restaurant.

Fantastic restaurant in a dream location, Monteriggioni. The dishes are delicious, and the attention is exquisite. The atmosphere of the interior and exterior terraces is spectacular.

La società con cui abbiamo camminato, ci ha prenotato questo ristorante e così ci siamo qui recati per consumare la cena del sabato sera. Siamo rimasti veramente molto soddisfatti in tutto e per tutto, complimenti sinceri.

Il ristorante è proprio al centro di Monteriggioni. Abbiamo preso 4 primi (pici cacio e pepe, ribollita e 2 con ragù di Fiorentina) . La pasta fresca è fatta in casa ed era veramente buona. Prezzi onesti e camerieri attenti. Consigliato.

06/08/2024: I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and it was a good experience. The menu offers a delicious selection of dishes, with something for everyone. I chose the chef's specialty, a tender steak that was perfectly prepared. The flavors were sublime and the presentation of the dish was beautiful. The starters and desserts were also delicious, with surprising combinations and refined flavors. The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive and professional without ever being intrusive. They made us feel welcome and took the time to explain the menu and recommended wines. Overall my visit to this restaurant was good. The combination of delicious food, a cozy atmosphere and excellent service makes this restaurant highly recommended. I look forward to dining here again soon!

11/08/2024: Recommended by friends living in the area, good restaurant for meat lovers. Relaxed atmosphere. Both the pasta and the fiorantina satisfied the entire table. Prices are average of what we saw in Tuscany. Good experience at Il Grillo Moro.
11/08/2024: Very elegant place, good distance between tables. Reception could be improved: we were left standing waiting for someone to look at us. Nothing. We seemed transparent to every staff member who passed by us. Finally a courteous and smiling boy made us sit down. The first course arrived quickly, but not the second. The waitress in basketball shoes speaks to us looking away, incapable of a smile: sub-zero empathy. To pay you need to go to the cash register. The beauty of the place and the quality of food and drinks make you forget the lack of empathy of some of the staff. We had also been there last year and had identical sensations. Not an expensive bill also in relation to the quality of the food and the beauty of the location
