This is my fourth time eating at this restaurant, and every time, both my friends and I have had a wonderful time. The food is excellent, and the service is also excellent. The wine selection is also excellent. I will definitely be back.

A very beautiful place, extremely kind and helpful staff, excellent food...we've been coming here as often as we can, because it's become like family. I recommend reading the menu at the entrance, but listening to it is also very helpful for those with intolerances or allergies, as every ingredient used is listed. From the starters to the desserts, I can't think of a better recommendation, because everything is excellent... ps: the millefeuille with Chantilly cream is my favorite.

Very good, the fresh pasta is truly exceptional. The villa is beautiful, with ample and convenient parking. Unfortunately, the overall experience wasn't very positive due to the arrogance of the staff. If you don't finish your dishes, they get offended, and you spend the evening in awe. The fact that the menu is at the entrance is unheard of for first-time visitors. So, once you're seated, you don't understand why it's explained verbally, with the inevitable consequence of having to be told it over and over again before you can decide. Because when he describes the main courses, the entire table asks for the first courses they've already forgotten. So, I highly recommend eating here because it's good, and taking a photo of the menu before sitting down, since they responded to the reviews below that have been explaining the menu verbally for 50 years, and it seems they don't want to change that.

I discovered this restaurant by chance, but it's definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had: the artisanal pasta—all delicious, but I personally love the pasta dishes—and the meticulous care put into every dish are an absolute pleasure. Add to this the warm welcome and kindness of the family who have run the restaurant for half a century, a priceless added value that makes you feel pampered like family.

We had a wonderful meal, welcomed by the family who runs the restaurant. The location was beautiful too... I haven't had such good homemade pumpkin tortelli in years. We spent €44 per person, without wine.

Refuge Santa Rita

15/09/2025: A comfortable and welcoming family-run retreat. Excellent traditional local cuisine, especially the delicious homemade desserts. The view of the Biandino and Valvarrone valleys is priceless.
28/08/2025: We stayed at the refuge the night between August 24 and August 25, and had a great time! The staff was friendly, calm, welcoming, and always available to answer guests' questions. The refuge, if you start from Alpe Paglio, is located behind a small ridge (so it's not visible until the last stretch of the trail). The rooms are very comfortable, with comfortable beds (despite being bunk beds), and clean bathrooms. I believe the dinner service changes daily and includes a first course, a second course, a dessert, and coffee. In my case, as a vegetarian, I chose tagliatelle with cream and zucchini, polenta accompanied by local cheeses, and a panna cotta with berries. Everything was excellent and the portions generous. Breakfast was perhaps a little sparse (yogurt, cereal, toast) and lacked savory options, but since it's self-service, you can easily go back for a second go. I highly recommend it; the price for half board, considering the quality of the service, is very reasonable! We felt in a very familiar and peaceful environment☺️

25/11/2025: A 10. We stopped on the way to make some pancakes and toast and coffee, 4 coffees, 2 toasts and 1 pancakes 20 euros, everything was delicious.
03/11/2025: We had a coffee stop on our way back to Milano airport at this little place and I forgot a brand new jacket there… After arriving to our final destination and when I realised it, I called them straight away to ask if they found it. It happen they did and they were really into helping me getting it back… finally : they sent it back to me to France 🥹🥹🥹 Matteo, who was my first interlocutor, was more than great 🙏 He really wanted to help me and he did! Beside their kindness, the place is very cute and is in a very good location if you want an easy stop near the lake (they even have their own parking lot!) Thank you so much again 🫶
