A must-visit if you want to eat extraordinary meat. Both the tagliata and the Florentine steak are excellent, but the latter always prevails.
The famous navel steaks are also excellent, always delicious, not to mention the cured meat appetizers and homemade desserts.
Unfortunately, Muzzicone—a unique and unrepeatable character—is no longer with us, so you can sense that the atmosphere is no longer what it once was. But the cuisine has remained consistent over time, making this restaurant a national reference: anyone passing through Castiglion Fiorentino without eating at Muzzicone is truly missing out...

A restaurant worth a visit if you're visiting Castiglion Fiorentino. The location is beautiful, with outdoor dining in a historic Florentine square.
The food was good and well-prepared. The entrees were very good; the winner was the navels. The privets with garlic and the truffle cream bag were also good.
The sliced beef with green peppercorns was well-seasoned and good quality, but I expected more, being in the homeland of the Fiorentina. Overall, everything was very good, and if I ever return to this area, I'll definitely be back for more.

The first courses are delicious, especially the garlic pici and the truffle parcels. The meat is exceptional (that's what we go for!!), and the kitchen is run by a lovely lady. Excellent service. Well done, well done!

A classic restaurant serving Italian cuisine. The menu is short but outstanding. I particularly recommend trying the beef – tagliata, fillet or Fiorentina. Just make sure you specify how well done you want it, as medium means very rare. The waiters have a strange habit of interrupting your order after the starters and only taking further orders once they have been served.

A good restaurant in an excellent location. Top-quality ingredients are cooked very well. Not exactly a vegetarian's paradise. The meat dishes are high-quality and beautifully grilled. The gnocchi with gorgonzola are particularly popular; they're soft, tasty, and balanced. The desserts are also recommended. Cover charge is €3. Prices are in line with many other restaurants.

Siamo andati a cena senza prenotare il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e simpatico e ci ha trovato un tavolo anche se era un sabato sera, abbiamo mangiato una bistecca di 1,3 kg. In due , contorni e mascarpone . Un buon Chianti ma siamo stati veramente molto bene . Lo consiglio vivamente.

Qualità dei prodotti eccellente.
Personale gentile e simpatico, peccato che abbiamo potuto cenare una sola sera su tre perché sempre pieno.
