Ristorante Da Maria In Ischia

I found this place on the web looking for a place to eat with my wife and daughter. 🚨The most important advice I can give you is to reach the restaurant by sea, taking a TAXI BOAT from ISCHIA PONTE (from the square of the Aragonese Castle)...absolutely avoid reaching the place by car as you will find yourself on a very narrow road that will force you to leave the car and walk down a long road with many steps.🚨 The location is extraordinary, you will find yourself eating on a veranda overlooking the sea with a breathtaking view of the Aragonese Castle. The food is excellent and the prices are average, the only flaw we found was the presence of many midges, which unfortunately made the experience less pleasant, but the kindness and professionalism of the ONLY waiter Nello made us feel less burdened by the situation. We will definitely return and I recommend you visit it.

Delicious food, small menu, unfortunately no pizza, but everything is delicious and fresh! The young waitress is especially nice! The only thing I don't understand is the coperto as a hotel guest. You can certainly eat cheaper on Ischia, but it's worth it if you're a guest.

Two weeks ago I was invited to this restaurant which is located on the beach of CartaRomana for a Communion. You can get there either by land, which involves countless steps, or from the foot of the Aragonese castle by taking a taxi-Boat. We took the latter, a journey of no more than 10 minutes, passing in front of the Tower of Sant'Anna. The Ristorante da Maria has a breathtaking view inside and is well-kept, with friendly and kind staff. The dishes, being a fixed menu, are taken care of down to the smallest details. What can I say? My wife and I will return again, tasting other delicacies. The Ristorante Da Maria also has a small hotel and a private beach.

Safe haven on Roman paper! Fantastic location and excellent first courses of land, to improve the seafood ones where you could barely taste the sea. Impeccable and non-invasive service and waiter!
