Historic venue with summer terrace overlooking the Berici Hills. Traditional menu of the Euganean Hills, strong dishes: first courses with homemade pasta and grilled second courses; desserts are also good. Only discreet or bulk wines, but with a note of merit to the Clinto softened with a little Marzemino; However, there is a list of wines from local producers. Good value for money, in line with other similar places. The car park is not very large but you can find a place quite easily in the immediate vicinity.

Premesso che avendo letto le recensioni eravamo un po’ titubanti ma abbiamo dovuto ricrederci. Bigoli fatti in casa, buona e abbondante la grigliata ottimi i contorni e buoni i dolci. Il vino della casa? Il rosso non va’ servito ghiacciato. Qualità quantità prezzo nella media. Personale disponibile.

Restaurant located in the heart of the Euganean Hills, equipped in summer with an amazing panoramic terrace, where you can enjoy excellent cuisine with traditional dishes, from starters to first courses to truly excellent second courses, not least the excellent desserts offered, highly recommended restaurant.

I went for lunch on Sunday with some friends. Gianni the owner is fantastic. Really very helpful and very nice. The incredible onion pie, the grilled chicken, the best I've ever eaten, crunchy on the outside and very soft on the inside. The spectacular fried potatoes, the excellent steak and steak. Not to mention the desserts, one better than the other. The house prosecco is also really good. I must say that it's been a long time since I ate so well, and you can feel that they are all things made by them with excellent raw materials. Excellent prices!!! I absolutely recommend this restaurant and I will come back from Bologna specifically to eat there again. Congratulations indeed

Probably the best meat that can be found on the Euganean Hills. The first ones aren't bad but it's better to concentrate on the cuts of meat. In summer the view with sunset from the terrace is beautiful. The internal environments would certainly need to be redone. Appropriate for the quality of what it offers Cheerful and engaging service.

18/11/2024: Capitati quasi per caso prima di una ultra maratona … coccolati in un ambiente genuino e famigliare ! Cenato benissimo !!! E poi quando scopri che anche il proprietario è un ultra maratoneta … ci torneremo sicuramente !

19/11/2024: Local on the Euganean Hills in the hamlet of Turri di Montegrotto. The restaurant has nothing to share with the original tavern da Refosco, a place famous in the 80s for its classic peasant cuisine, now it is a nice place where you eat traditional dishes revisited in a modern key, therefore cooking at low temperatures (such as the goose leg) pumpkin oil flan with morlacco fondue and crunchy speck, or taglioni stuffed with ricotta with herbs with morlacco cheese etc. accompanied by the classic plates of cold cuts, bigoli with wild boar or court ragout, sliced ​​meat and grilled cockerels ... Fast service, young and dynamic staff, overall a more than positive opinion
