An unforgettable taste experience at Leo in Grottaferrata What can I say… let's start from the assumption that the location is a real gem, perfectly set in one of the historic buildings of the splendid town of Grottaferrata. The welcome is superb, thanks to Leonardo – the owner – and his impeccable dining room staff, always attentive and friendly. We have been frequenting this restaurant since 2018, and since then the watchword has always been one: taste. The fish, from raw to cooked, is always a certainty, thanks to the obsessive care in the choice of raw materials, always very fresh and of the highest quality. The first and second courses are a journey through unique flavors, thanks to surprising combinations that follow the rhythm of the seasons and the availability of the products. And what about the desserts? In addition to having spectacular presentations, they manage to give the palate unforgettable emotions, with a perfect balance between taste and creativity. All the courses are accompanied by an impeccable selection of wines, expertly recommended by Riccardo, always ready to guide you in the right choice. To conclude: you don't need to go to the seaside to eat excellent fish... just come to Leo!

Nice surprise, restaurant discovered by asking on the street where we could eat well in Grottaferrata. We ate on the veranda and had 2 tartare (tuna and fish, both excellent) and spaghetti with clams, scampi and calamari, delicious. The staff were very courteous, they even helped us find a taxi, which isn't very easy in those parts. Good value for money, absolutely recommended.

Absolutely the best fish restaurant in the Castelli Romani. This restaurant is now a certainty for us, whether to celebrate a special occasion or simply to pamper yourself and spoil yourself a little. The food is excellent and the service impeccable, with attentive, friendly and very kind waiters. I highly recommend: - raw products of incredible quality - the great sauté of mussels, clams and scampi with a sauce in which you could dip a whole loaf of bread - Red tuna coratella, a pleasant discovery - Fettuccine with red tuna ragout, tasty and rich off the menu - Tonnarelli clams, prawns and scampi, perfectly balanced and tied If you are looking for quality, attention to raw materials and taste, you can't help but try it, you will fall in love with it.

What can I say, minimal furnishings, average environment. Appreciated the chef's welcome. We didn't expect a more quality raw appetizer. The excellent balanced mixed sauté. I would prefer the stuffed flower with less bacon which covers too much of the flavor of the fish inside. Butter and anchovies would be excellent with such average "homemade" bread. Paccheri with scampi perfect, excellent alternative to the usual risotto. Good dumplings. Too bad the ravioli had too much pecorino which covered all the flavor of the filling and the mussels. Sweet so-so had no character. Riccardo's genius in creating the ice at the bottom of the glasses for an excellent bitter solution, congratulations. Double and clean toilet. Good friendly and professional service. I'll be back to try the latter.

Restaurant known through social media but now I return specifically because it is a certainty. Fresh fish and excellent dishes. Leo was as exquisite as his menu.

Andiamo spesso da Leo quando vogliamo mangiare del buon pesce in un ambiente curato e dove ti senti subito accolto vista la cordialità e l’empatia di Leo. Riccardo è molto attento durante tutta la cena si accerta che tutto prosegua per il meglio. Consigliatissimo, mio nipote non vuole andare da nessun’altra parte se non a cena da Leo.

Tutto semplicemente stupendo .Inizio con dire che la freschezza della materia prima e la ricercatezza e cura nel menu e ‘superlativa .Il personale super gentile quindi accoglienza al top.Consigliatisdimo.
