A historic restaurant in Pisa. It's located along the Aurelia. I've been passing this restaurant for years, but somehow I've never had the chance to stop. We arrived quite late, 9:30 PM, without a reservation. As soon as we entered, they rudely told us there was absolutely no room (that's why I gave it 3 stars). After a few minutes of waiting, a table was freed up. Compliments to the kitchen, excellent quality. The best wild boar I've ever eaten, and the perfectly crispy fried polenta. The fillet steak and desserts were also remarkable. Excellent value for money.

I returned to Da Inaco after 55 years, when I used to come here as a university student with my dad. I was with my wife, two daughters with their husbands, and three grandchildren. We all ate very, very well. The tagliata and the Florentine steak were exceptional!!!! Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!!! I won't wait another 55 years to come back 😂😂😂!!!!

The grilled meat and French fries were excellent, crispy and not greasy. The waitresses were kind and welcoming.

To try more courses, I chose the meat menu, which includes an appetizer, a first course, a second course, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup wine, and coffee for €28 plus cover charge! My first complaint was the stained tablecloths (perhaps a previous customer?), the cold cuts platter was a bit dry and salty, the crostini with mushrooms in oil was good, the first course, ravioli, and the second course, which was delicious, was not exceptional. The portions and rating were worthy of a business lunch. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly and fast.

An exceptional gastronomic experience – the best Florentine steak in Pisa! We visited Inaco restaurant in Pisa and couldn't be happier than giving it a 5-star review (and more, if that were possible!). It was an experience that truly amazed us with the quality of the food, the welcoming atmosphere, and the impeccable service. The absolute star of the evening was undoubtedly the Florentine steak: a true work of art! Tall, juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection. The flavor was authentic and bold, with that breathtaking crust on the outside. Without exaggeration, we can say it was the best Florentine steak we've ever eaten in Pisa, and one of the best we've ever had in Tuscany. Every bite was a pleasure! And it wasn't just meat: some of us also ordered spaghetti allo scoglio, packed with fresh seafood and with a must-have sauce. Generous portions, intense yet balanced flavor, and truly well executed. Another dish that impressed us was the shellfish Catalana: fresh, colorful, beautifully presented, and truly exquisite. You can taste the quality of the ingredients, prepared with respect and care. Everything was accompanied by an excellent house wine, perfect with both the meat and seafood dishes. The wine harmoniously complemented the dinner. Special praise also goes to the staff, who were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. We felt welcomed and cared for with kindness but without being intrusive. The service was prompt but attentive to detail, always attentive to the timing of the table. The value for money really convinced us: given the quality of the food and the overall experience, the bill was more than fair. You can sense the passion of the people who work at this restaurant, from the kitchen to the dining room. In conclusion, Inaco is a restaurant not to be missed if you're in Pisa or the surrounding area. Perfect for a dinner with friends, as a couple, or even for a special occasion.
