We arrived at "Da Guido" on the recommendation of a Milanese friend who was in Magliano on one of his vacations. As soon as we arrived, we felt super comfortable; it was like walking into our grandparents' house. If I had a picture of comfort in the dictionary, it would be the dining room at "Da Guido." The service was even more welcoming; Mr. Fabio took care of the entire table. As we would say in Argentina, "the guy is a genius." He was patient with us and answered all our questions about the different dishes, which were new to us (we had never tried Pappardelle al Cinghiale). Moving on to the food... one was better than the other. In our ignorance, we never imagined that bread with olive oil would have so much flavor or that a Pecorino cheese could melt in your mouth like that.

Super experience… nice large place with different rooms. Traditional and well-made cuisine… very good the various appetizers with crostini in oil and cured meats. Exceptional ravioli with very thin pasta and gnudi. Absolutely to try! Simple wine cellar but with a good selection and honest prices. Fast and very kind service. Excellent value for money. Book in advance because it is always full.

Guido, in the wonderful setting of the walls of Magliano in Toscana, has maintained a very high standard of typical Maremma cuisine for over 30 years with an excellent quality/price ratio. Excellent and very abundant appetizers, unsurpassable tagliolini 3 gnudi with truffles, exquisite second courses and, last but not least, superb crema catalana and zabaglione. Book well in advance especially on weekends and holidays.

There is no need to extend it at all. The one who doesn't come here loses. It offers a complete experience with its service and food that will make you extremely happy no matter what you choose from the menu, and most importantly, with its village where you will feel like you are in the middle ages when you go to a restaurant.
Especially for the tasting, we entrusted ourselves to our waiter. The pastas are absolute champions. Ridiculously delicious.
Your gusto will surprise you with the latest desserts and treats.
Don't delay taking a medieval walk after your meal.

Ci è stato consigliato e le attese non sono state deluse,primi veramente buoni(consiglio tagliolini al tartufo, pappardelle al cinghiale e pici al ragù bianco di cinta senese) antipasto nella media con punti di altissima goduria(prosciutto tagliato a mano, carciofi arrosto)per i secondi (eravamo già al limite)cinghiale in umido e faraona ai funghi porcini (delicatissima e saporita) vino della casa molto buono, dolci nella media,sorbetto limoncello e prosecco buonissimo,insomma cucina verace e saporita,consiglio vivamente!
Prezzo medio di 35/40€ ben spesi a mio dire!!!

Si fa pace con i ristoranti. Senza vellutate o piatti inutili e senza sapori, finalmente un ristorante dove si mangia bene e si beve meglio. In cucina persone efficienti ed il servizio di altissima qualità. Cito solo i tagliolini al tartufo che da soli valgono il viaggio. Provare per credere. Grazie Guido, bisognerebbe clonarti. .
