An elegant and very welcoming restaurant, impeccable service. Everything is perfect. The owners are very courteous and attentive. Nothing is left to chance; everything is carefully monitored and managed. Excellent, high-quality food, from the traditional cured meats and raw fish, to the wonderful coppa piacentina cut at the table, to the salami, but also the nettle ravioli and the amazing foie gras escalope in Sauternes with caramelized pear. Every dish, meat or fish, is truly delicious. Last but not least: their vanilla ice cream is a true delight. I've been going to this restaurant for years, and it's always a guarantee. Congratulations!

My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at this beautiful and refined restaurant with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We chose the six-course tasting menu...everything was perfect, the dishes were excellent and delicious, the welcome was warm, and the waiters were very friendly and kind. We'll be back to try other dishes and I absolutely recommend it.

First experience with my husband in this incredible place on the occasion of our wedding anniversary and they gave us a wonderful surprise, with lots of photos and candles!! Super familiar and at the same time super professional atmosphere, a truly enchanting place with attention to every detail. Excellent quality food, starting with the bread, self-produced following a recipe from Puglia, which goes very well with their delicacies, including a coppa piacentina cut directly at the table - on request - together with other cured meats of rare quality and flavor. Shrimp and duck, if you really have to choose, the highly recommended dishes Impeccable service, fast and attentive but never intrusive, even though at a certain point the place was full. Renato, the owner, a person of rare kindness and pleasantness, always available for advice and suggestions despite, I imagine, the great work to do. 4° volta in 20 anni da Giovanni. E sempre ottimo! il locale è molto carino e arredato con gusto e l'accoglienza sempre molto cordiale. Quanto ai piatti tutto buono ma in particolare: salumi piacentini sempre il top, per me meglio di quelli parmigiani. Pisarei e faso da non perdere. Ottimo il torroncino come dessert. Servizio preciso e cortese. Buona scelta di vini, anche i locali sono selezionati e validi. Oltretutto il rapporto qualità prezzo è sempre più che valido. vale la gita fuori porta da Piacenza ma anche da più lontano.
