A historic Bacolese restaurant that accompanied my visits to Miseno beach.
For years, lunch at Giona was practically a must. It offers both outdoor sandwiches and table service, guaranteeing a varied and high-quality menu.
The best dish I've tried, time and time again, is the octopus genovese.
Definitely recommended.
Prices are average for Bacolese.

Decent. The paccheri were a little undercooked; a few more minutes would have been perfect in the spaghetti. Some of the clams contained sand, which isn't pleasant. In fact, it shouldn't happen at all. The tiramisu dessert was excellent. The millefeuille was decent, but this one is more to my personal taste. The mixed fried fish was poor; I've had better ones.

Beachfront restaurant. The food is decidedly good. The paccheri with octopus Genovese was very good. The bill was reasonable: €150 for four, including house wine. The only disappointment was when we left, when a man appeared and demanded €5 for parking. And the car was parked in a reserved area owned by the restaurant. I won't be returning.

Absolutely amazing experience! This beachside restaurant serves the best seafood in the area—everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The service was friendly and attentive, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable for the quality. A must visit spot if you're looking for a great meal with an ocean view!

giorno feriale,aprile piovigginoso, dopo tanto girovagare tra rovine e reperti,ecco la meritata pausa ristoro qui in questo locale marinaresco tanto accogliente che in veranda con la stufa artigianale fatta da Antonio e figli ardevano ciocchi scoppiettanti. Non ho tralasciato un piccolo passeggio fino alla grotta che delimita la baia.Ho pensato che Procida e forse anche Ischia in canoa si potrebbero o raggiungere...Antipasto di mare con capesante polipo alici e cozze tutto fresco e sapido lievemente tiepido.Tonnarelli alle vongole e lupini.Certo, l'olio e il prezzemolo,l'aglio e il peperoncino abbondano...siamo nel Cilento,no?
