Place recommended by a friend. What can I say, we ate very well. Homemade starter good and plentiful. First course, second course, dessert, water and wine. All very good, Umbrian home cooking. Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms Cappello del prete with ricotta and tomato, Umbrichelli with tomato, Lamb with grilled potatoes.... and dessert. Highly recommended.

Exceptional tagliatelle. Top. Highly recommended. If you want to eat well, Elio is a good place for you. If you want to eat well, you have to go to the ELIO Restaurant. Number 1

28/10/2024: Abbiamo cenato un paio di volte nel ristorante durante il nostro soggiorno al Porsenna Resort, dobbiamo dire che abbiamo mangiato molto bene! 👏🏻 Un menù non vastissimo, ma con prodotti di alta qualità del territorio e cucinati benissimo 👍🏻 in un atmosfera romantica e rilassante. Il servizio eccellente, seguiti e "coccolati" da Erald, un ragazzo simpaticissimo e molto gentile che ci ha fatto stare veramente bene! Consigliato
