Restaurant quality, honest trattoria atmosphere like in the old days. Today quality places are lost in a self-referentiality that neglects the customer, here we find the pleasure of eating out and among the tables there is also familiarity.

17/08/2025: Excellent! Excellent music selection, carefully prepared and presented dishes, friendly and welcoming staff. We had a wonderful time!
10/08/2025: Extremely promising restaurant, with a few things that could be improved. The passion is there, and so is the location; the courtyard is extremely charming. There's also a certain flair in the kitchen, although the menu has some things that aren't entirely convincing. The prices are a bit high. I'd also recommend improving the wine selection, both in terms of selection and service.

22/07/2025: This is one of the two best restaurants on the Salaria state road (SS4), and it's worth stopping there specifically for this purpose, even if you're planning on stopping along the way. The restaurant is clean and has a family feel, as is its cuisine. The service is fast, and the staff is truly kind and welcoming. The first courses (traditional Roman dishes) are spectacular (special mention for the griscia) and the portions are generous. The second courses are also worth a try, especially the mixed grill and the chicken cutlet, accompanied by a succulent focaccia/pizza al piatto. The side dishes are as authentic as they are tasty, as is the bread served with the cover charge. Very good value for money.
